This strong Belgian pale ale is a lot more fun than the name implies. (The name—Delirium Tremens— actually refers to the confusion and jitters that can come with alcohol withdrawal.) Applauded across the globe as one of the best beers in the world, Delirium Tremens Beer pours clear and golden with a voluminous white head. Boasting sweet and fruity banana, citrus, and clove notes, the beer is vaguely reminiscent of a Hefeweizen, but with a more tart edge. With reviews that range from luscious and malty to smooth and spicy, we suggest you try this complex “world’s best beer” for yourself. La Fin Du Monde is a premium beer with a surprising finesse. Like Trappist triple ales, La Fin du Monde is brewed and refermented in the bottle—a first in the American market at the time of launch.To date, it is the most awarded Canadian beer and has been honoured at several top international competitions. Our distinctly American twist on a classic Belgian-style farmhouse ale takes its name from the notoriously unpredictable fermenter, where this signature beer's perfect combination of ingredients first came to life. You could call it fate. Our brewers called it Tank 7. This beautifully complex, straw-colored ale starts with a surge of fruity aromatics and big grapefruit hoppy notes, before tapering to a dry, peppery, lingering finish.

The Chimay Blue Cap, "baptized' "Grande Reserve" in 750 ml bottles is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, the complex flavour of which improves across the years. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer, explaining the presence of a "vintage". This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odour, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note.

Duvel is unique. No other beer is made like it, or tastes like it. Blonde and refreshing like a Pilsner, but with the flavor, depth and complexity of an ale, Duvel defines the Strong Golden Ale category. The beers golden hues originate with its Pilsner malts, while Bohemian hops and a unique yeast strain add character, intensity, and a certain verve. Our Trippel has always been a big, beautiful Belgian-style ale. This golden beer opens with a bold blast of spicy Noble hops, courtesy of Saaz and Hallertau Mittlefruh, and gives way to the fruity aromas offered by our traditional Belgian yeast. Brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts, Trippel is classically smooth and complex, and sings with a high-note of sweet citrus before a pleasantly dry finish delivers a warm, strong boozy bite. The St. Bernardus Abt 12 is the pride of our stable, this Abbey ale is brewed in the classic 'Quadrupel' style of Belgium's best Abbey Ales. Dark with a full, ivory-colored head. It has a fruity aroma, full of complex flavours and excels because of its long bittersweet finish with a hoppy bite. (10,0% ABV) Worldwide seen as one of the best beers in the world. It's a very balanced beer, with a full-bodied taste and a perfect equilibrium between malty, bitter and sweet. One of the original recipes from the days of license-brewing for the Trappist monks of Westvleteren.

Three Philosophers is a remarkable Belgian-Style Quadruple Ale. Deeply layered toffee and caramel malts are buoyed by a serendipitous touch of cherry, with a pleasantly dry, carbonated finish. A true classic. Perfect for contemplating life's deep mysteries.

For this recipe, our brewers drew inspiration from Belgian Golden Strong Ale, a style we love. We sought out the very best ingredients, sourcing wild honey from the African Bronze Honey Company, a member of the Fair Trade Federation and a certified B-Corp. The Seville orange peel is freshly ground. In the end, we created a big, sweet and citrusy Belgian-style Tripel with thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

First brewed back in 2004, Curieux was our initial foray into barrel aging. To make Curieux, we take our Tripel and let it age in bourbon barrels for seven weeks. Once that time is up, we take the beer out of our cold cellars and blend it back with a portion of fresh Tripel. The resulting rich, golden ale features smooth notes of coconut, vanilla, and a hint of bourbon.

This golden ale carries notes of passion fruit and honey in the aroma. A suggestion of biscuit is found in the beer's varied palate. Brewed with our 2-row barley blend, hopped with Nugget and Hallertau, then fermented on our house yeast, Tripel offers up a complex, yet dry finish.

Chimay Tripel (named Cinq Cents in 750 ml bottles), with its typical golden colour, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterised by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer’s flavour, as sensed in the mouth, comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurised.

COLETTE is our homage to the saisons that Belgian farm workers have enjoyed for centuries. Brewed with barley, wheat and rice and fermented at high temperatures with a special blend of four different yeast strains, COLETTE is fruity and slightly tart, with a dry finish that makes it that rarest of treats — a beer as refreshing as it is complex.

A Belgian beast, fruity and light, the complexity and character of Devil’s Reach comes from a robust Belgian yeast. Deceptively simple, caution is demanded because, before you know it, Devil’s Reach has swallowed you whole.

Named for a winding stretch of Hill Country highway, Devil’s Backbone is a Belgian-style tripel. Featuring a beautiful pale-golden color, this ale’s spicy hops and Belgian yeast work together to create a distinctive flavor and aroma. Don’t let the light color fool you, this one has a dark side too. Traditional Belgian brewing techniques add strength without increasing heaviness. A companion to backyards, backwoods, and balconies alike. River Trip is a Belgian-style session ale with hop-forward grapefruit and stone fruit notes. It’s brewed in the table beer style with local grains and spiced with coriander for an extra hint of citrus. Dry hopping with Comet and Azacca contributes to the mix of melon and grapefruit notes in the beer’s aroma. Low-ABV and available in 16 oz. cans: so it’s good for any adventure.

Our take on the Trippel style originally brewed by monks in Belgium features fruity / funky notes from the traditional Belgian yeast paired with a sacrilegious American hop character.

St.Bernardus Christmas Ale is a dark seasonal brewed in the classic 'Quadrupel' style of Belgium's best Abbey Ales. (10,0 % ABV) Similar to all the beers from our brewery, it greets the drinker with the signature aroma of the St.Bernardus house yeast strain (in use since 1946!) Rivaling the complexity of the St.Bernardus Abt 12, St.Bernardus Christmas Ale offers a spicy, mint-like flavor profile exuding the tastes of warming alcohol, fermented molasses, apricots, licorice and marzipan that are highligted by the perfect balance of brewing sugars.

In 1859, they were shouting Pikes Peak or Bust! During one of America’s greatest gold rushes, thousands of prospectors used the mountain as a beacon, guiding them across the Great Plains to their fortunes. Our Gold Rush is a full-flavored Belgian-inspired ale with notes of honey, clove and baking spice. Dig in and enjoy it, you’ve hit the mother lode.

Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural.

Adding a tropical island flair to a traditional witbier, Liliko'i Kepolo erupts with monumental passion fruit aroma and acidity along with a sublimely succulent finish.

Take a Deduction, our abbey-style dubbel. This effervescent ale showcases malty sweetness with rich notes of toffee, cherry, chocolate and raisin. Although dark in color, this approachable dubbel features a light and dry body, accented by caramelized candi sugar.

Notice a unique aromatic nose with a hint of vanilla esters, which comes from the Belgian ale yeast. Tripel Horse has a big body and rich mouth feel and finishes mostly dry with only a touch of sweetness. If you shy from some of the sweeter Belgian ales, we think you will enjoy this one. The palate improves with age, so keep some on hand and you can ride Tripel Horse down a new path with each opened bottle.

Stella Artois is the #1 selling Belgian beer in the world. Tripel Karmeliet is a very refined and complex golden-to-bronze brew with a fantastic creamy head. These characteristics derive not only from the grains used but also from restrained hopping with Styrians and the fruity nature (banana and vanilla) of the house yeast. Aroma has hints of vanilla mixed with citrus aromas. Tripel Karmeliet has not only the lightness and freshness of wheat, but also the creaminess of oats together with a spicy lemony almost quinine dryness.

"Do you know what dwells in a glass?" asks Ole, in Hans Christian Andersen’s The Watchman of the Tower. Better known for stories such as The Little Mermaid, Andersen wrote this short, cautionary tale for a somewhat older audience.
