Our distinctly American twist on a classic Belgian-style farmhouse ale takes its name from the notoriously unpredictable fermenter, where this signature beer's perfect combination of ingredients first came to life. You could call it fate. Our brewers called it Tank 7. This beautifully complex, straw-colored ale starts with a surge of fruity aromatics and big grapefruit hoppy notes, before tapering to a dry, peppery, lingering finish.

Come home to La Maison, our “house” ale and tribute to the French farmhouse style. This sparkling saison features clover honey blended with earthy undertones and fragrant notes of citrus, grapefruit and pine. Enjoy a sip of the summer season any time of year with this refreshing ale.

COLETTE is our homage to the saisons that Belgian farm workers have enjoyed for centuries. Brewed with barley, wheat and rice and fermented at high temperatures with a special blend of four different yeast strains, COLETTE is fruity and slightly tart, with a dry finish that makes it that rarest of treats — a beer as refreshing as it is complex.

Saison Dupont is a classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. It is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural.

A blended barrel-aged Wild Saison with a funky fresh taste of white grapes and lemon tarts… you’ll want to bathe your mouth with it.

Slightly sweet fruity nose, hints of grass and coriander, smooth underlying bitterness, clean dry finish, smooth lingering citrus notes.

It's our Hibiscus sour Saison, with approximately one buttload (ok not quite) of Raspberries added. It's quite delicious.

Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in wine barrels with orange peel, Sofie is a tart, dry, sparkling ale. A subtle, spicy white pepper note, a hint of citrus from the orange peel and a creamy vanilla finish make Sofie an intriguing choice for Champagne drinkers and beer drinkers who are fond of Belgian Saisons.

Perfectly balanced and moderately sweet with light citrus notes and a distinct spiciness from choice Belgian yeasts, Farm Girl is a refreshing beer with universal appeal. Enjoy it after a long day on the farm, or anytime the mood strikes you– whether you’re on the water, in the sun or hiding from the winter’s chill. Pairs well with most foods, including spicy dishes and Thai.

This French-style Saison was first brewed in collaboration with the fine folks at The Royale to celebrate the Feast Day of Louis IX. Named after the statue of St. Louis that sits atop Art Hill, this farmhouse ale is a tribute to our beloved city.

This traditional Saison is brewed with new world ingredients like fresh ground ginger, coriander, orange peel, and then fermented with an authentic French farmhouse yeast. Tattered Prince takes the standard Saison and adds citrus and spice complexity

When approaching a collab with our friends at Other Half Brewing we wanted to combine the things we loved about each other's breweries. We crafted this beer as a result. Funky and dry thanks to Central States yeast cultures. Yet lush and hoppy from the use of lots of flaked oats and a healthy dose of Citra, Mandarina, and Blanc dry hops from the Other Half side. This beer is humble and proud at the same time.

The name refers to the style of inspiration- Saison (the season of excellence in the countryside of Belgium)is a beer destined to be consumed in the summer.Originally made to quench the thirst arisen during the summer season's harvest. Thirst-quenching and spiced the version from Piccolo Birrificio is realised using the peel from chinotto di Savona (Slow Food presidium) and spices.Bottle-conditioned. Ingredients: Barley malt and wheat. Water. Hops. Yeast. Chinotto di Savona. Spices. Refermented in the bottle.

NO! you want something that can help you digest the dinner, ease you stommach and cleance your throat. And that is exactly what Snowball Saison will do. It is a SUPER sparkling crisp and dry Saison that has been refermented with milk acid bacterias and dry hopped over and over to give the beer a crisp and smooth tart finish (not to mention.... there is a lot of hops of course...) It’s not a smoke beer. It’s not a tart Berliner Weisse. It’s maybe a weird saison. BerlinerRauchSaison. Yes! Low gravity beer with good presence of wheat. Brewed on each equinox to celebrate the change of season with its namesake hop which imparts both fresh green pepper and tropical fruit character into the beer. This is one of our favorite seasonal farmhouse ales to brew for the way it expresses itself when fresh and develops a complex character as it ages.

This Farmhouse Ale features notes of tropical fruit that complement its bready malt undertones. A soft bitterness, reminiscent of orange marmalade, balances delicate spice notes that result from a warm fermentation.

A delicate blend of saisons, one aged on oak, the other brewed with hibiscus flowers and co-fermented with chardonnay grape juice. Fruity, tart and dry, this lovely pale red beer will arrive just in time for summer and will delight both beer and wine drinkers alike.

We love nothing better than Belgian-style saison but with this blissful version we’ve added our own Wild interpretation of the style by adding a dash of funky Brettanomyces yeast plus roasted apricots and a hush-hush blend of spices. All of this makes for an extraordinary beer with an array of aromas that leap out of the glass followed by a spicy, fruity, tart and peppery palate and a long lingering finish.
