Style: Sourmashed Pale Ale Malts: Pilsner, Melanoidin, Cara Crystal, Unmalted Wheat Hops: Mosaic A 6% Pale Ale that has been slightly sour mashed to add an acidity that balances out some of the round fruity notes from the Mosaic hops. A crisp tart fruity pale ale. Canned version!

It is a SUPER sparkling crisp and dry Saison that has been refermented with milk acid bacterias and dry hopped over and over to give the beer a crisp and smooth tart finish (not to mention.... there is a lot of hops of course...) In the spontan series we present Spontanlemon – this time, forming an alliance with Lemon that were generously added underway the brewing process, creating a truly unique, distinct and very sour beer. Aged at our barrel house in Belgium.

SpontaDryHop Centennial is a blonde beer produced by Mikkeller, one of the world’s most innovative, prodigious breweries. Pouring light hazy yellowy-orange with a medium white head, this dry-hopped lambic, a spontaneous fermentation beer, boasts soft malt, caramel, hops and fruit scents, as well as a citrusy side, with grapefruit, orange and lemon perfumes, and an agreeable mustiness. The palate of this lightly sparkling beer is sweet and sour with a moderate bitterness, and a discrete alcohol profile, coupled with an unusual though not unpleasant silage scent. Another triumph for Mikkeller!

One of two sequels to the Mikkeller/To Øl collab “Overall IIPA”. The same beer base as Overall, but this time cleverly refermented with wild yeast (Primarily brettanomyces). The tart, funky and odorous aromas of the brett interact with the fruity and bitter palate of the IIPA and results in somewhat of a hybrid beer.

Collaboration with Mikkeller and Three Floyds

We have taken a traditional Belgian Table Beer at 3,6%, and banged around as much Mosaic hops as we possible could in both the kettle and dry hopping, then fermented it with Brettanomyces Custersianus. This yeast together with the Mosaic hop has produced a much ‘fruitier’ characteristic than your traditional ‘funky’ Brett beers, all in all giving a refreshing, tropical fruit table beer fit for breakfast, lunch and dinner! “

Imagine a huge imperial stout clocking in at 13% brewed with coffee and vanilla. Then add a shitload of maple syrup. Yes! This is a real treat... Thick, viscous, sweet vanilla and intense maple.

North Bridge Extreme, was a present from the brewers to Brewmaster Anders on the first anniversary of Nørrebro Bryghus. Inspired by the Southwest Californian triple IPA’s, it is brewed with British ale malts, adjusted with several colour malts and spiced with extreme amounts of hops. A dark golden extremely bitter ale (9,5 % ABV) with a prominent hop aroma. Should be enjoyed as the final beer of the evening – Your taste buds will no longer function after drinking this ale!
