Bell’s Two Hearted Ale IPA

Bell’s-Two-Hearted-Ale-IPA
Two Hearted Ale is defined by its intense hop aroma and malt balance. Hopped exclusively with the Centennial hop varietal from the Pacific Northwest, massive additions in the kettle & again in the fermenter lend their characteristic grapefruit & pine resin aromas. A significant malt body balances this hop presence; together with the signature fruity aromas of Bell’s house yeast, this leads to a remarkably drinkable American-style India Pale Ale.
Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA

Dogfish-Head-90-Minute-IPA
What you have here is the only Imperial IPA in America inspired by a bowl of soup and a thrift store football game… Back in the 90’s, Sam was struck by a cooking show demo teaching viewers how to properly season soup through a process of continuous peppering. As it stewed and simmered, the chef added pepper in small but consistent doses, bringing through a unique bold taste and intense savory notes. If it worked for soup, why not beer?! Inspiration sparked and Sam knew that Dogfish needed to bring this idea of continuous dosing to our hop additions in the brewhouse. Enter our thrift store electric football game. If rigged at just the right angle over the brew kettle, and covered with hops instead of small dancing football players, the vibrating playing field would perfectly shake and shimmy the hops cascading down into the boiling wort at a consistent rate. Continual hopping was born! Continual hopping provided a beautiful balance to our Imperial IPA - allowing us to add a foolhardy amount of hops throughout the boil without making 90 Minute crushingly bitter. With rich pine and fruity citrus hop aromas and a strong malt backbone, Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA created pungent, unapologetic flavor that led Esquire to call it “perhaps the best IPA in America.”

Lord-Hobo-Boomsauce-Double-IPA
There is nothing subtle about our Flagship beer. Boomsauce is a big bold IPA with a complex hop profile. With five different hops, it hits you with strong tropical fruit flavors before mellowing out to finish with a hint of earthiness. Each subsequent taste opens up the dynamic layers of complexity woven throughout this beer. Imagine fresh-pressed fruit without the sweetness, perfect for that Saturday afternoon pick-me-up or a late-night congregation of friends. Boomsauce is your way to celebrate no matter the occasion.
Sixpoint Resin

Sixpoint-Resin
Sixpoint Resin is one of the hoppiest beers available, relying on the resin in hop cones for its eponymous name. Self-admittedly, even brewmasters almost spit it out upon their first taste, due to the bitter sting of the hop resin. Bitterness is nature's way of indicating poison, so such a taste can inspire fear. But you shouldn't fear the hop cone. Instead, embrace it! Eventually, the "lupulin shift" occurs and you begin to crave what you once feared. A product of the Sixpoint Brewing Company from Brooklyn, New York, Sixpoint Resin is about celebrating everything that makes hops a quintessential part of a beer. Think of it as hop candy. You aren't quite sure when or why you started to love it, but it's a coming-to-God experience that either opens your eyes to the light or brings you to the dark side. Piney, hoppy and resinous, Sixpoint Resin clocks in at 103 IBUs, so if you aren't ready, bitter beer face may become a reality. If you know what you're getting yourself into, it's actually a slap in the face that feels oh so good. It uses dozens of different hops, so there's no one flavor that dominates. There's no foul in sipping it right out of the can or letting it breathe a bit in a pint glass. Just get ready for it to throw a taste uppercut that might knock you down.

Pliny the Elder is brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, and Simcoe hops. It is well-balanced with malt, hops, and alcohol, slightly bitter with a fresh hop aroma of floral, citrus, and pine. Best enjoyed FRESH! That is why we make it in such limited supply. Actual bottling date is printed on each bottle!

Dogfish-Head-120-Minute-IPA
Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy, it's the Holy Grail for hopheads! Brewed only a few times a year so it goes fast. If you find some grab a few bottles -- some to enjoy and some to age.

Stone-///Fear.Movie.Lions-Double-IPA
This is our take on a hazy East Coast Double IPA. Juicy and smooth with just the right touch of West Coast bitterness in the finish. The aroma on this beer is insane and reminds us of getting fresh fruit from a farm stand on the side of the road. Now, make that a farm stand on the side of the road in Yakima, WA during hop harvest. The aroma of fresh hops envelops!

Full Disclosure: This beer came to fruition because we saw a gap in our portfolio and we wanted to increase our market share. Sometimes the truth hurts. But most often, it?s damn refreshing. The Truth Imperial IPA--the latest addition to our year-round portfolio-is a hop bomb of some of the most distinct Pacific Northwest hops available today. Its sharp hop bitterness begins with huge pine notes on the nose, which evolve into bright citrus (think grapefruit) and subtle stone fruit flavors.

The world needs heroes, and in our home state of Florida only a very special hero will do. A hero with a shark tooth around his neck, a Grim Reaper tattoo on his arm, and a rap sheet longer than his mama’s mustache. A hero who’s forgotten more about amateur taxidermy and alligator rasslin’ than you’ll ever know. What better way to pay tribute to our beloved Florida Man than with a big ol’ Double India Pale Ale brewed with a nearly-criminal amount of hops and a moderate bitterness that just about matches Florida Man’s general disposition. This hopped-up whopper of a beer is big in character and guaranteed to sear itself into your memory, just like “the world’s worst superhero,” Florida Man.

Believe us: the MELTDOWN is really here. It’s happening as we speak…even inside this can.We liquified the solid lupulin sap from TONS of hop cones to extract the juice—changing states of matter to change your state of mind. You can’t ignore it anymore. Hop resin now totally saturates the liquid and a thick haze starts to form. Your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you…that’s seriously pure hop juice oozing out of the can. Enough to melt your face!A lush, hazy, juicy Double IPA with ripe tropical and bright citrus characteristics, and a soft, easy finish. Brewed w/ Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria Hops.

We were in search of something fantastic. Something juicy, something hazy, something ripe with notes of mango, melon and citrus. Varies by season - While freshness is a key component of many beers—especially big, citrusy, floral IPAs—we’ve taken it further, a lot further, in this line of devastatingly fresh IPAs. You see, not only did we brew this beer with over 10 different hops, we’ve also gone to extensive lengths to ensure that you’re getting this double IPA in your hands within an extraordinarily short window. That’s why the Enjoy By date isn’t randomly etched in tiny text somewhere on the bottle, to be overlooked by all but the most attentive. Instead, we’ve sent a clear message in the name of the beer itself—further proving that there is no better time than right NOW to enjoy this IPA.
