There were few changes among the world’s biggest-selling spirits, however, one newcomer stormed in with impressive volume growth. Here, we name the brands that sold the most cases.

Indian whisky was a dominant force on our list of the world’s biggest-selling spirits, occupying four spots on our rundown. There was also a newcomer to the top 10, a ready-to-drink brand that posted a near-300% growth increase during the last year.

The majority of the brands on our list were in growth in 2019-2020, apart from three. The world’s biggest‐selling brandy, Emperador, did not supply figures for this year’s Brand Champions report, after selling 25.3m cases in 2018.
