Bully Boy Distiller's Amaro is a riff on the classic bitter liqueur. It took us two years and hundreds of batches to arrive at the recipe. We settled on a combination of over twenty six different botanicals, all of which contribute to the patchwork of flavor and aroma. The bitter backbone comes from a combination of hops, including Amarillo, Cascade, Citra, and Galaxy. It's complimented by a pop of grapefruit, and its rounded out by earthy and floral notes, including yarrow, rhubarb root, and fig. Chase distillery is Britain’s first single-estate distillery, based in Herefordshire, United Kingdom. Owner and founder William Chase, alongside his sons James Chase and Harry Chase, run the Chase farm-to-bottle distillery producing vodka, gin and liqueurs using ingredients sourced on-site at Rosemaund Farm. As the former owner and founder of Tyrells Crisps, William Chase realized that he could use potatoes to produce vodka. In 2008, he decided to convert one of his barns into a distillery. Chase Vodka is the only potato-based vodka produced in England and serves as the base for Chase Smoked Vodka, Chase Marmalade Vodka and Chase Elderflower Liqueur.
