Triple Eight Distillery is excited to announce the launch of Nantucket Craft Cocktails. After a few years of experimenting on Nantucket, Triple Eight introduces Nantucket Cran and Nantucket Blue. Nantucket Cran and Nantucket Blue are made from Triple Eight’s top selling vodkas and blended into a clean, refreshing, ready-to-drink cocktail. They are a wonderful representation of the unique and flavorful cocktails which grace the drink chalkboards in the distillery bar on-island.

The only thing that's typical about our Triple Sec Liqueur is its sweetness. With the instantly recognizable aroma of zesty orange peel, our version contains the all-natural ingredients that elevate it above its peers. Bully Boy’s aged whiskey uses corn, rye, and malted barley as its primary ingredients, and is aged in new American Oak. The corn makes for subtle sweetness, and the high rye content creates a dry spiciness; the flavors are further refined through the barrel-aging process, which imparts both a prominent caramel note and a nutty finish. An excellent sipping whiskey. As with all our spirits, our whiskey is made in small, numbered batches, so you know you are getting a truly unique spirit.

Bully Boy Distiller's Amaro is a riff on the classic bitter liqueur. It took us two years and hundreds of batches to arrive at the recipe. We settled on a combination of over twenty six different botanicals, all of which contribute to the patchwork of flavor and aroma. The bitter backbone comes from a combination of hops, including Amarillo, Cascade, Citra, and Galaxy. It's complimented by a pop of grapefruit, and its rounded out by earthy and floral notes, including yarrow, rhubarb root, and fig. There is just enough sweetness to make it all work, and at 58 proof its soft enough to sip neat but robust enough to use in cocktails.

It all begins with organic ingredients—juniper, coriander, eucalyptus, lavender, and lemongrass. We carefully analyzed the molecular composition of each one before using a gin still to vapor-extract the flavor compounds. The Old Fashioned is the easiest drink to make and the hardest drink to make well. With one false step it can easily become too sweet, too dry, too bitter, not bitter enough, or, worst of all, corrupted by fruit and soda water. Like any well made cocktail, the key is balance. Just enough sweetness to complement the bitters, and just enough whiskey to make the whole thing worth drinking. It’s best served three fingers in a rocks glass over one large ice cube. For an enhanced taste, muddle an orange wheel in the tumbler before pouring the cocktail, and then rim the glass with an orange peel.

Boston Rum grew out of our desire to resurrect the city’s storied history of rum production, which dates back to 1667. Colonial Americans had a healthy appetite for rum, and much of the original spirits was distilled in Boston. Made with blackstrap molasses, our Boston Rum has a bold flavor, which is created using deeper cuts on the still. It’s aged in a blend of used bourbon and red wine barrels, and the final product has a fruity complexity, a subtle vanilla note, and a bit of sweetness.

Well, the apple does not fall far from the tree on this one. Toasted malt and caramel on the nose, with a floral quality reminiscent of green grape and lychee nut, probably a vestigial reminder of the perfectly blended hops used in making this beer. This is a very clean and light whiskey that is genetically tied to a historic lager - try a taste of history.

Mt. Tom Gin is our trademark botanical gin. It falls somewhere between a London-dry style and a more floral gin. It is a double distilled juniper bomb with rose petals taming it down to be stirred straight into a martini or shaken like hell into your favorite cocktail.

Friendship’s Bounty Spiced Rum is named after Salem’s own tall ship, Friendship. It’s crafted using our molasses based rum and a unique blend of spices which would have been found in the holds of the original Friendship. Meant to be shared with friends, it can be mixed into your favorite spiced cocktails.

Berkshire Mountain Distiller’s Ice Glen Vodka is hand crafted in small batches at the Berkshire’s first legal distillery since prohibition. The neutral spirit is blended with pure spring water from an on-site historic spring. It is then charcoal filtered. An excellent sipping vodka.
