Bols Genever is The Original Spirit of Amsterdam. Born in 1575. Over 400 years’ experience in mastering Bols Genever. Bols Genever Original, an incomparable triple grain malt spirit with 22 unique botanicals, delivers an exceptionally smooth and complex taste experience of malt, stone fruits and juniper that will bring your tongue to life! Bols Genever is the ideal spirit for our signature cocktail, The Red Light Negroni: Equal parts, Bols Genever Original, bitter Italian liqueur and sweet vermouth. Served in our proprietary Lightbulb decanter.

This gin is cold-distilled with six unique botanicals including hibiscus, grapefruit, elderflower, and cucumber. It is an intensely aromatic gin that can be sipped or added to cocktail.

Aromas of flour, frosted pastries, peppercorns, and fig jam with a soft, silky dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a warming, spicy, juniper, menthol and mineral finish.

Wild Poet Gin, named after Albrecht Von Haller, a German Poet, physician and botanist. The Gin is made with the rarest of German botanicals, curated and hand-picked from Gottingen Botanical Gardens, infused with German Ginger. It is then slow distilled at The Shed Distillery, Ireland, using medieval copper pot stills. The outcome is a remarkable Gin, wholly German, fully Irish, altogether unique. Taste: an interplay of Juniper, earthy Ginger and fresh Citrus notes, spicy, floral and complex.

Naturally black based on the colours and flavors from botanical extracts including, Aronia Berry, Saffron, Pineapple, Butterfly Pea and Sweet Potato. On the pallet it is full bodied, chilling with a candied sweet potato and pineapple finish, the mouth feel is luxurious, velvety and ridiculously delicious.

Our award-winning Bathtub Gin takes a while to perfect, but we think it’s worth it. First, copper pot-distilled gin is made with juniper, coriander and other fragrant botanicals, but we don’t stop there. Instead, we take a portion of this gin and painstakingly infuse it with a further six fresh botanicals - a process which takes a whole week to do…(which might seem like a lot of effort, but you get out what you put in as they say, and if we want a delicious gin then it needs to be made deliciously!) This infusion process allows those fresh botanical flavours – too delicate to survive traditional distillation – to shine through, and Bathtub Gin is left with its unique flavour and distinctive hue. Tasting Notes: Nose: Fresh and bold juniper leads the way with fragrant citrus and cardamom. Notes of fresh orange peel and cinnamon add to an enticing nose. Taste: Juniper again leads, but there’s plenty more besides. The mouthfeel is thick and creamy whilst the cloves, coriander and cardamom offer depth. Finish: Here the supporting botanicals really shine with lingering cardamom and orange peel on the tail.

Boomsma’s Genever contains a high percentage of “malt wine” and its 100% pure grain distillates have a light aroma of juniper berries. Double distillation according to the traditional Frisian recipe gives it its extra smooth character. No artificial aromatic substances and colourings are used. When slightly cooled, you can immediately taste the difference and experience the full sensation of its refined, natural taste.

Our first iteration, Hepple Gin Our story started in one of England’s last wild sanctuaries in the remote moors of Northumberland, the whipping winds amongst the age of juniper bushes at Hepple, and our pursuit of a gin to make the perfect dry martini. The only way to capture the wild heart of this juniper was to completely rethink how the gin was made. Thus our Triple Technique was born. ON THE NOSE There is an immediate fresh scent of green apple, bright grapefruit and spicy juniper. This then opens up to reveal underlying notes of Douglas Fir, and fragrant blackcurrant. ON SIPPING The initial fresh citrus flavours evolve into unexpected ripe cantaloupe melon, the spicy fragrant juniper continues to coat the palate. There is a luscious sweet mouthfeel, which is both juicy and quenching. THE FINISH Extremely long and this is where the juniper reveals itself further with flavours alternating between sandalwood and cedar with a notable savoury presence that complements the sweet blackcurrant and liquorice. The sweet juiciness is maintained throughout the finish.

An Italian gin produced by Quaglia in Piemonte for the Berto range, featuring botanicals including juniper, citrus, wormwood and rosemary. A handsomely herbaceous tipple.

Peket is the Walloon name for genever. Peket dè Houyeu is a pure grain genever (rye, malted barley, etc.). A short period in oak casks gives it its amber colour and its characteristic smoothness.

This Genever is a special recipe by Patrick van Zuidam. The mash made from equal parts of rye, corn and malted barley is distilled three times after fermentation and then distilled again with a new blend of botanicals. In this blend feature among Juniper and liquorice various other aromatic herbs and spices. This results in this Genever with its characteristic mild flavour and gentle mouth feel. A very refined genever distilled according to ancient traditions and craftsmanship. A perfect genever to drink as an aperitif. True Born serves notice that there is more to Gin than neutral spirits infused with a myriad of botanicals. The redefinition of the category begins with The Belgian Wheat Act - the first in a series of expressions distilled from craft beer styles. This Act starts with a Belgian Wheat mash composed of barley, wheat and oats. The mash is infused with coriander, sweet orange peel, lemongrass, cascade and chinook hops. The same botanicals are then vapor infused into the spirit with the addition of juniper berries. This Genever Style Gin is distilled four times - never above 160 proof. The resulting spirit is unlike any Gin you've ever had - a complex mouthfeel complemented by bright citrus flavors and light notes of juniper.

Distilled in the old Dutch colony of Brooklyn from grains grown in New York State, Chief Gowanus is based on an early American recipe for making a version of “Holland gin” out of American rye whiskey. With a little help from Brooklyn’s resident historian of drink, Dr. David Wondrich, we’ve taken our unaged, double-distilled rye whiskey, put it back in our traditional pot still with a few shovelfuls of juniper berries and a handful of Cluster hops (the variety likely to have been in use in 1809, from whence the recipe originates) and run it through a third time. Three months in an oak barrel to smooth it out a bit and the result is gin that, we like to believe, would have brought a smile to the legendary Gowanus, great chief of the Canarsees back in the days when Brooklyn was still Dutch.

Ginny’s Gin started with the exceptional palates of five winemakers and their belief in the marriage of grape and grain. After meticulously playing with the ratios and evaluating a slew of botanicals, a gin was produced that was perfectly in balance.

Barreled Shot Tower Gin spends 9 months developing in used Epoch Rye barrels. The curaçao orange interacts with the barrel’s acidity, resulting in notes of candied lemons. Vanilla, caramel, and oak are given from the charred barrel, and a little Rye spice from the whiskey. Bottled at 100 proof.

With robust strength and flavor, this gin is distilled as an old world naval strength gin. the higher proof requires a more delicate balance of botanicals. originally intended as a seasonal offering this gin has thirteen fresh & dry including: juniper berries, coriander seed, cassia bark, orris root, birch leaves, angelica root, fresh orange peel and fresh organic cranberries.

Do Good’s award-winning White Rum serves as the base alcohol, which is then distilled a third time using essential ingredients such as Italian Juniper Berries, California citrus and key botanicals.
