Rainier beer brings together nature’s bounty from the great Northwest. Pure spring waters combine with golden barley and verdant hops to produce a beer rich in taste and texture. The day the world stood still and Elysian brewed a Hazy IPA. Rules were broken to bring you Contact Haze, a tangled chemistry of mild haze, low bitterness, and an explosion of hop aroma. Bursts of bright raspberry, currant, citrus, guava, and passionfruit, with a slight floral note.

A seemingly magical reaction between a specialized yeast strain, oats, wheat, and an experimental hop variety results in a blossom of rich, tropical fruit flavor that is a feast for the eyes, with a silky-smooth texture and clean finish.

The hope profile in this brew is led by notes of citrus, tangerine and tropical fruit with a little pine in the background. The malt backbone provides balance in every sip.

Pyramid Brewing Hefeweizen is a true American-style hefeweizen. With citrus and floral flavor profile and aroma this hefeweizen is an easy drinker. Unfiltered, smooth and refreshing great for backyard BBQ’s, around the campfire, or kicking back with a cold one.

Slightly sweet fruity nose, hints of grass and coriander, smooth underlying bitterness, clean dry finish, smooth lingering citrus notes.

Bohemian Pilsner Malt, White Wheat and Acidulated Malt with Czech and Saaz hops. On the nose, there are notes of water cracker, honey, lemon, honeysuckle and grass. On the palate, there is moderate sweetness with a light bitterness and a crisp, light body.

Elysian's Dayglow IPA has a touch of wheat that hazes the malt bill, softening this bright and crisp IPA. Dayglow is packed with juicy hops featuring pineapple and tropical fruit flavors and aromas.

Rasberry-Cran, Fuji Apple, Huckleberry, Rainer Cherry

Medwards says "If you force fed a watermelon a steady diet of mandarin oranges and pineapples and then dropped said watermelon into a wood chipper, the resulting aromas and flavors that came out of the business end of the wood chipper would be the best way to describe this new DIPA. As much as I dislike the term ‘juicy' this DIPA is very juicy and has very little bitterness for the style.” Straight from the brewer’s mouth.

We took an unassuming pale ale and turned the screws a bit with additions of dried blueberries, vanilla bean and organic mountain-grown catnip. The result is an easy drinking pale ale that finishes like this morning's blueberry muffin. Be sure to hide the cats, they might take a shine to this one.

Yakima grown Czech-style Sterling hops give this refreshing pilsner a spicy and earthy hop aroma. Malt character is accentuated by a Bavarian Lager Yeast that ferments dry but round and complex.

Hazealicious IPA is juicy, with a soft bitterness, providing a perfect balance for a hazy IPA. Tropical aromas, particularly kiwi and passionfruit, come from a bold blend of Citra, Strata, and Mosaic hops. The show-stopping hops are balanced and gently restrained by a pillowy malt body.

This thick, cloudy version of our Little Juice IPA starts with intense aromas of tropical fruit in the nose, followed by notes of dry citrus flavors that mingle with a touch of soft maltiness.

With all the hype these days around hard ciders and appletini cocktails, we knew we wanted to create the world’s most refreshing apple flavored spiked sparkling water. We were inspired by the juicy, mouth-watering taste of a perfectly ripened and freshly picked Washington state grown Fuji Apple. Regardless of whether you wear ‘purple and gold’ or ‘crimson and gray’, we hope you will think “green” while attending your next tail gate or Apple Cup event.

A pleasant, easy drinking red ale named for the Forest Service’s trail designation for the Loowit Trail that circles the base of Loowit (Mt. St. Helens). Two-Sixteen won a gold medal in the Irish Red Ale category at 2014 Washington Beer Awards

We balanced out the blueberry, providing a pleasant aroma, but not an overpowering taste. Not bitter, but not too sweet, this is the Goldilocks of fruit beers!
