We've combined the clean, puckering tartness of kettle souring with an abundance of juicy, citrus-driven hops to create a beer that’s the best of both worlds - Tart n' Juicy Sour IPA.

A mighty, hop-lover’s dream, Hop Rising adds malty backbone to an intense Imperial IPA. This insanely smooth dry-hopped ale has everything: 9% ALC/VO, 72 IBUs, and yes, that’s our master brewer Jason Stock pitching in on the label.

This smooth and unfiltered fruited hefeweizen has a beautiful apricot nose and a refreshing, slightly tart finish. The bounty of the orchard is now portable.

Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

Detour blazes the trail for fresh and bold Double IPAs. Four varieties of hops combine to step up the flavor profile. A hoppy adventure that finishes dry. Big in alcohol and character.

Son of a Baptist is an 8% ABV imperial stout. It is not barrel aged like its father, Big Bad Baptist; instead its flavor profile was designed to highlight the complex and often unique flavors of small batch coffees. Instead of sourcing a coffee that would play well in a beer we sought out creative and innovative roasters, then asked them which beans they’re passionate about. Each resulting release of Son of a Baptist is widely different depending on the coffee selected. Some are fruity and sweet with notes of jam and chocolate, others are rich and earthy with a big roasted finish. Each limited release will return to the Roaster’s home market where the beer and the coffee can be sampled side by side.

What you see (through) isn't always what you get in this mirage of juicy IPA. Clear Daze is clearly haze-free, but loaded with massive hop aromatics including pineapple, mango and passionfruit, all leading to a silky-soft mouthfeel and lingering, sweet finish.

As a tribute to their hometown, Uinta Brewing Company introduces 801 Pilsner. The 801 brand embodies Uinta’s appreciation and enthusiasm for the Utah market who has been supporting and drinking Uinta for 21 years. Uinta pays subtle tribute to Utah area codes 435 and 385 on the packaging but embraced 801 for the brand name as historically the 801 area code encompassed all of Utah.

Brewed with blueberries, boysenberries and black currants.

Strong hop character with some pine and floral influences. Finishes clean with a delicate malt flavor and a hint of citrus zest. Do not be afraid to pair Trader India Pale Ale with food. While traditionally paired with bold flavors found in Indian curries, Trader pairs well with seafood dishes such as fried calamari.

You won’t find any astringent sorghum in this beer. Instead we use light-bodied millet, brown rice, sweet potatoes and molasses along with plenty of American hops. This beer has a golden color, aromas of hops and sweet potatoes with a sweet grain flavor and a clean, sorghum-free finish. Gluten- free!

Complex and drinkable, Sea Legs delivers flavors of roasted malt and chocolate. Sea Legs was aged in Bourbon Barrels for nearly 12 months adding toasted vanilla and bourbon notes to the flavor profile. This Medium-bodied Baltic Porter has a complex malt profile and mild hop bitterness. With a hidden ABV of 8%, Sea Legs is a siren of a beer.

Named Utah's Centennial Star in 1996, Dubhe (pronounced Doo-bee) illuminates the front of the big dipper from 124 light years away. Dubhe, also known as Alpha Ursae Majoris, is a red giant that appears orange in color and has a mass 4x that of the sun.
