Rainier beer brings together nature’s bounty from the great Northwest. Pure spring waters combine with golden barley and verdant hops to produce a beer rich in taste and texture. Fermented slowly with a pedigree yeast culture under tightly controlled conditions, Rainier comes forth with a satisfying malty flavor over a slightly fruity background, spiced with Chinook, Mt. The day the world stood still and Elysian brewed a Hazy IPA. Rules were broken to bring you Contact Haze, a tangled chemistry of mild haze, low bitterness, and an explosion of hop aroma. Bursts of bright raspberry, currant, citrus, guava, and passionfruit, with a slight floral note.

A seemingly magical reaction between a specialized yeast strain, oats, wheat, and an experimental hop variety results in a blossom of rich, tropical fruit flavor that is a feast for the eyes, with a silky-smooth texture and clean finish.

The hope profile in this brew is led by notes of citrus, tangerine and tropical fruit with a little pine in the background. The malt backbone provides balance in every sip.

Elysian's Dayglow IPA has a touch of wheat that hazes the malt bill, softening this bright and crisp IPA. Dayglow is packed with juicy hops featuring pineapple and tropical fruit flavors and aromas.

Bohemian Pilsner Malt, White Wheat and Acidulated Malt with Czech and Saaz hops. On the nose, there are notes of water cracker, honey, lemon, honeysuckle and grass. On the palate, there is moderate sweetness with a light bitterness and a crisp, light body.

Rasberry-Cran, Fuji Apple, Huckleberry, Rainer Cherry

Slightly sweet fruity nose, hints of grass and coriander, smooth underlying bitterness, clean dry finish, smooth lingering citrus notes.

We took an unassuming pale ale and turned the screws a bit with additions of dried blueberries, vanilla bean and organic mountain-grown catnip. The result is an easy drinking pale ale that finishes like this morning's blueberry muffin. Be sure to hide the cats, they might take a shine to this one.

Yakima grown Czech-style Sterling hops give this refreshing pilsner a spicy and earthy hop aroma. Malt character is accentuated by a Bavarian Lager Yeast that ferments dry but round and complex.

Hazealicious IPA is juicy, with a soft bitterness, providing a perfect balance for a hazy IPA. Tropical aromas, particularly kiwi and passionfruit, come from a bold blend of Citra, Strata, and Mosaic hops. The show-stopping hops are balanced and gently restrained by a pillowy malt body.

Medwards says "If you force fed a watermelon a steady diet of mandarin oranges and pineapples and then dropped said watermelon into a wood chipper, the resulting aromas and flavors that came out of the business end of the wood chipper would be the best way to describe this new DIPA. As much as I dislike the term ‘juicy' this DIPA is very juicy and has very little bitterness for the style.” Straight from the brewer’s mouth.

Golden colored German style ale with a light-medium body. German grown malts provide a bready aroma and flavor that's balanced with a subtle sweetness character - adding complexity as the beer finishes.

The generous addition of hops both during and at the end of the fermentation process (dry-hopping) gives our India Pale Ale its characteristic bitterness and piney citrus aroma and flavor. The medium body, crisp finish, and moderate alcohol and IBU levels makes this one of America’s most drinkable and best-selling IPAs.

Centennial hops provide the bitterness backbone to this copper-colored, medium-bodied IPA. Generous dry-hopping provides aromas of strawberries, citrus and juniper.
