An unexpected visual bend to an American India Pale Ale, this style is one that stands out in a crowd, or if you’re more like us – enjoyed at a campsite…with no crowd. This non-traditional IPA is golden in color with an enormous floral/citrus hop aroma and a supporting malt profile
Fulton Lonely Blonde

Fulton-Lonely-Blonde
The Lonely Blonde wears a delicate fragrance of German noble hops, and slips a touch of white wheat between American pale and crystal malts for a smooth, sensuous body, fair complexion, and a pleasantly lacy white head. Crisp carbonation slinks the Lonely Blonde quickly away, and you’re left with nothing but a slight lingering sweetness as you contemplate how The Lonely Blonde can be so beautiful on so many levels.

A juicy hazy American IPA made from oats and wheat. A New England IPA meets a 100% wheat malt bill. Fantastically hazy with aromas of apricot, peach, and citrus. Over 3.5 lbs of Citra, Bravo, and Ella hops per barrel make this beer an incredibly juicy and citrusy treat with an approachable level of bitterness.
Fulton Sweet Child Of Vine

Move over grapes. We’re celebrating the world’s most glorious vine. Generous quantities of CTZ and Glacier hops are added throughout the boil. Then, late in fermentation, we infuse the Sweet Child with another dose of Glaciers, imparting a bouquet of hop aroma that veritably bursts forth upon serving. But don’t let all this talk of hops mislead you. The Sweet Child has a serious malt backbone to stand up to all those hops, creating a delightful balance that will keep you coming back for more. It’s an IPA, Fulton-style.

Ode IPA is a culmination of our love of hops and the many variations of India Pale Ales we have brewed through the years. This beer shows how we like to use hops where flavor and aroma are at the forefront, ending with medium bitterness. Citra, Azacca, Amarillo and Centennial hops lend bright citrus and tropical fruit in flavor and aroma. It is an Ode to all the great IPAs already out there, a true marriage of hops and love. Something new, something borrowed, something Ode. FIND OUR BEER

Surly-Hell-Lager
Hell is German for light. A pale-gold lager with bready malt aromas and flavors, floral hop aroma, and a balanced finish. Finally, a Surly beer my German mother will drink. She says this one tastes like a bier from back home. Not unlike a Zwickel Bier from Germany, Hell is not filtered and fermented with lager yeast. American hops takes a back seat to the Pils malt sweetness and fresh bread aroma. The color is well… hell (Deutsch for light). It’s fiendishly drinkable, and you don’t have to sell your soul to get another.

Inbound-‘Hazy-Shades’-New-England-IPA
A New England IPA brewed with seven rounds of Amarillo, Citra, and El Dorado hops. The tropical, fruity, citrusy trio make their debut appearance through four bittering expulsions in the kettle followed by a healthy dose of dry hop, two rounds longer than most would last with Tyson. This NEIPA offers a mouthfeel more pillowy than your bell bottoms and a citrusy hop profile more citrusy than your disco suit.

Castle-Danger-George-Hunter-Stout
This beer is brewed in honor of our brewer and founder’s great-great grandfather. George Hunter was an Irish immigrant from Belfast who owned and operated the Iron Range Brewing Co. in Tower, MN during the late 1800’s up until Prohibition. George Hunter Stout is an American version of the style with aromas of molasses, licorice, maple, coffee and cream that are also echoed in the flavor. Just like the hearty Irishman that he was, George Hunter Stout is a big, roasty, full-bodied brew that will stand up to the cold winters of Minnesota.

Bent-Paddle-14°-ESB
Our well rounded approach to the classic British Ale. There’s middle of the road, and there’s middle of the river. And if there’s one thing that’s important in the middle of the river – it’s balance. Our ESB is incredibly well balanced with a slight toasted malt flavor, traditional British hop accents with just a hint of pine and citrus from the unexpected Amarillo / Ahtanum dry-hop.
