Carlsberg Pilsner is a premium Danish lager with a 5% ABV. It's a crisp, refreshing, perfectly balanced beer that has a full flavor and hoppy aroma. Carlsberg Danish Pilsner is brewed with the principals learned from over 100 years brewing experience to produce a lager with distinctive citrus and floral hop aromas that delivers great depth of flavor, making it the perfect beer for those that value authentic and quality drinking experiences. That's why at Carlsberg we've been exporting our finest beer since 1869. Carlsberg originates from Copenhagen, Denmark. J.C Jacobsen, our founder, brewed Denmark's first ever pint using a yeast that became the basis for many modern-day imitations. We Danes love to share, it's in our nature. In fact, almost all modern-day lagers are derived from the original yeast, Saccharomyces Carlsbergensis, used to brew Carlsberg. Enjoy the perfect pint of Carlsberg at home or in the pub! Can small refinements make a big difference, and create the most balanced pilsner beer in the world? Probably.

It is vinous and fruity with characteristic taste impressions of apples, melon , banana and Carmel balanced by a dry bitterness. You also sense the hints of oak, bark, roots, nuts and pine. needles. Once enjoyed, never forgotten!

We present to you the Reparationsbajer Directors Cut. A full blown 17% ABV long time boiled Imperial Pale Ale. We had to add yeast several times during fermentation to keep it going and finish with some hard working champagne yeast to give the final winey feeling to the beer. This beer is still surprisingly dry despite the alcohol. But still you got some sweetness to prevent the alcohol from sticking out.

Spontan is 100% spontaneously beer fermented in oak barrels for 1 to almost 3 years. It is made with wort produced by lambic producers, not with wort and microbiological cocktails. Brettanomyces is then added for refermentation in the bottle (to make sure we have alive yeast after 3 years).

Mikkeller-All-Others-Pale
As in “all others pale in comparison.” Or as Mikkeller writes: “a pale ale with a little more of everything.” A light, drinkable, elegant beer that is, like all Mikkeller beers, extremely well balanced. What sets this one apart is its low alcohol content. At only 6% ABV, it is a much lighter drink than most of this Danish brewer’s other beers. But don’t let that fool you. This pale outshines all others in flavor. Made with Maris Otter, Pale, Munich, Carapils, and Caramunich malts and Simcoe, Centennial, Amarillo, and Nugget hops.

Left Hand Brewing Co.’s founder Eric Wallace has spent much of his life traveling and living in Europe. His appreciation for the finely crafted beers of Belgium and Europe inspired him to build Left Hand Brewing Co. in the shadows of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado in 1993. Twenty one years later, we are excited to collaborate on a unique blend of their infamous Wake Up Dead Imperial Stout and De Proef’s Zoetzuur. The resulting beer is nearly black in color with the roasted malts contributing complex flavors of licorice and blackstrap molasses balanced by herbal hop notes. The heavy foundation of the Wake Up Dead is enlivened by Zoetzuur’s tart cherry flavor and acidity from its mixed yeast fermentation. We hope you enjoy this ninth edition in our collaboration series from the beautiful Old World city of Ghent. Enjoy this now or cellar and relish on a cool, wet day.

This imperial Oatmeal stout is brewed with one of the world’s most expensive coffees, made from droppings of weasel-like civet cats. The fussy Southeast Asian animals only eat the best and ripest coffee berries. Enzymes in their digestive system help to break down the bean. Workers collect the bean-containing droppings for Civet or Weasel.
