La Fin Du Monde is a premium beer with a surprising finesse. Like Trappist triple ales, La Fin du Monde is brewed and refermented in the bottle—a first in the American market at the time of launch.To date, it is the most awarded Canadian beer and has been honoured at several top international competitions. True to tradition, Unibroue brewed this beer in honour of the French explorers who, when they discovered North America, believed they had reached "the end of the world.”Nose: Floral bouquet, fresh baguette, with aromas of honey, spices, coriander, malt and alcohol.Flavor: Mildly hoppy palate with notes of grains, fruit and spice, followed by a smooth, dry finish. A perfect balance of sugar, acidity, bitterness, spices and alcohol.

Our Trippel has always been a big, beautiful Belgian-style ale. This golden beer opens with a bold blast of spicy Noble hops, courtesy of Saaz and Hallertau Mittlefruh, and gives way to the fruity aromas offered by our traditional Belgian yeast. Brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts, Trippel is classically smooth and complex, and sings with a high-note of sweet citrus before a pleasantly dry finish delivers a warm, strong boozy bite. First brewed back in 2004, Curieux was our initial foray into barrel aging. To make Curieux, we take our Tripel and let it age in bourbon barrels for seven weeks. Once that time is up, we take the beer out of our cold cellars and blend it back with a portion of fresh Tripel. The resulting rich, golden ale features smooth notes of coconut, vanilla, and a hint of bourbon.

For this recipe, our brewers drew inspiration from Belgian Golden Strong Ale, a style we love. We sought out the very best ingredients, sourcing wild honey from the African Bronze Honey Company, a member of the Fair Trade Federation and a certified B-Corp. The Seville orange peel is freshly ground. In the end, we created a big, sweet and citrusy Belgian-style Tripel with thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

This golden ale carries notes of passion fruit and honey in the aroma. A suggestion of biscuit is found in the beer's varied palate. Brewed with our 2-row barley blend, hopped with Nugget and Hallertau, then fermented on our house yeast, Tripel offers up a complex, yet dry finish.

Chimay Tripel (named Cinq Cents in 750 ml bottles), with its typical golden colour, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterised by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer’s flavour, as sensed in the mouth, comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurised.

Notice a unique aromatic nose with a hint of vanilla esters, which comes from the Belgian ale yeast. Tripel Horse has a big body and rich mouth feel and finishes mostly dry with only a touch of sweetness. If you shy from some of the sweeter Belgian ales, we think you will enjoy this one. The palate improves with age, so keep some on hand and you can ride Tripel Horse down a new path with each opened bottle.

Tripel Karmeliet is a very refined and complex golden-to-bronze brew with a fantastic creamy head. These characteristics derive not only from the grains used but also from restrained hopping with Styrians and the fruity nature (banana and vanilla) of the house yeast. Aroma has hints of vanilla mixed with citrus aromas. Tripel Karmeliet has not only the lightness and freshness of wheat, but also the creaminess of oats together with a spicy lemony almost quinine dryness.

This tripel is brewed with blond malts and a touch of candy sugar. It’s fermented with Belgian Abby yeast strain that imparts fruity and spicy yet soft, well rounded esters. This low hopped brew is easy on the palate, but deceptively strong.

Claim an Exemption, our abbey-style tripel. This crisp golden ale unites lemon peel, orange peel and coriander spices with flavorful Belgian esters. White wheat, flaked oat and artisan malts contribute a round, balanced body, complemented by golden candi sugar.

Westmalle Tripel is a clear, golden yellow Trappist beer that undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is a complex beer with a fruity aroma and a nice nuanced hop scent. It is soft and creamy in the mouth, with a bitter touch carried by the fruity aroma. An exceptional beer, with a great deal of finesse and elegance. And with a splendid long aftertaste. ABV 9.5

Triple style, which means that the brewer used three times the normal amount of malt to brew this higher alcohol ale. Pale in color, as a true triple is supposed to be, this mild and easygoing beer offers a flowery hoppy taste with a soft alcohol punch. The balance between the hop-bitterness and the malt-sweetness is perfect and leaves a smooth mouthfeel. The creamy head absorbs never ending bubbles from the deep golden colored body of the beer.

What do you do when customers say "I love hoppy beers"? Well, if you're any other brewery you might brew 6 different IPA's for them to choose from, but if you're Monkless, you capitulate, and dry hop your classic Belgian Tripel. We took one of our favorite beers, The Trinity, and dry hopped it to add a blast of flowery, citrusy hop aroma.

A clean and effervescent Belgian-style Tripel. Slightly hazy in appearance, with pleasant waves of cracked pepper and light caramel. A bright and somewhat sweet finish rounds out each sip. This Belgian-style tripel follows traditional brewing practices with the addition of Belgian candi sugar. Golden in color, this beer has aromas of fruit and spice produced by the Belgian ale yeast during fermentation and finishes smooth.

The monastic breweries of Belgium created Tripel as a balanced and powerful alternative to the pale lagers of Eastern Europe. Traditional Tripels are fortified with Belgian candi sugar or invert sugar syrup. Ten Ninety Jaggery Tripel is Belgian perfection. Instead of Belgian candi or corn sugar, we accent our Tripel with jaggery palm sugar, a traditional ingredient in sweet and savory dishes of India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Jaggery sugar provides a hint of molasses and mellow tanginess while lively carbonation and firm hop bitterness create a balanced Belgian experience.

Slaapmutske Tripel is a golden, blond beer of top-fermentation with refermentation in the bottle. To brew this beer of 8,1 alcohol Vol% pale and coloured barley malt is used. The fresh aroma and the spicy taste are due to the use of 2 very aromatic hop varieties. The mouth feeling is malty and ends in a full-flavoured bitter after-taste. The refermentation provides a fine and creamy foam that sticks to the glass.

This beer is a Belgian Tripel that lives up to its name. Smooth and carefully crafted like a fine velvet painting, but with an 8.5% ABV this bird has some spurs! The beer pours a golden straw color with brilliant clarity. Topped with a lofty pure white head the beer has a wonderful floral nose, with subtle fruit notes. The taste is clean and crisp, with subtle fruit notes and a touch of candy like sweetness. The beer has a Champagne-like effervescent that provides a crisp offset to its sweet finish. While a pint glass is always nice, Velvet Rooster would also be at home in a tulip glass or Champagne flute.

Another masterpiece from Peter Scholey at Ridgeway Brewing. Seriously Bad Elf is Peters’s very English interpretation of a Belgian Tripel, brewed to warming 9% alcohol, especially for his rapidly-growing American following. Seriously, you don’t want to miss this beer. Seriously Bad Elf was briefly banned in Connecticut back in 2005! That little red speck you see in the background of the label? Why, that’s none other than Kris Kringle, Santa Claus, who, according to the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, cannot appear on a beer label. Sleep well, Connecticutians! At 10% ABV, this is the first beer we’ve made to hit double digits. Mosaic, Simcoe and Comet hops blast through a base of spelt, wheat and oats for a full-bodied lupulin-loaded flavor-blast.
