Created by Sacha Lichine following his acquisition of Château d’Esclans in 2006, his vision was to create the greatest rosés in the world igniting the “Rosé Renaissance”. Sacha introduced new and innovative winemaking techniques to Provence which revolutionized the styles of rosés being produced from this region. This led to the creation of Whispering Angel, a world class rosé which presents both ease and accessibility making for enjoyment and pleasure. As Sacha says “In the Esclans Valley angels whisper. If you drink this wine, you might hear them… If you visit us, you might see them.”

Côte des Roses celebrates the Mediterranean lifestyle. The Languedoc appellation stretches along the Mediterranean coast from the Spanish border as far as the city of Nîmes, along the foothills of the Montagne Noire and the Cévennes. The soils are highly varied, mainly with hard limestone and schist, but also gravel transported by the rivers of the Languedoc region. The warm, windy climate (“semi-arid Mediterranean climate with mild winters”) helps the grapes to ripen in good, healthy condition, while retaining all their fresher qualities thanks to the altitude and the influence of the sea which eases the scorching summer heat. The bottle is original with its base in the shape of a rose, created by a young designer from the Ecole Boulle. A wine to be given in the same way you would offer a bunch of roses!

This rosé comes from the south end of the Rhône valley in the Ventoux appellation. It is made from a blend of grenache, syrah, and cinsault grapes. The color is darker than other French rosés, almost a ruby color. The taste is absolutely delicious. Fruity, dry, crisp, and smooth. It pairs great with grilled meats and sunshine - perfect for BBQs or a day at the lake.

The beautifully pale pink wine is a dry, crisp, elegant style rosé crafted from a blend of 98 percent Syrah and 2 percent Merlot from Washington’s Columbia Valley. The Syrah grapes underwent gentle pressing and the juice spent a limited time on the grape skins to deliver the perfect pale pink color. The wine offers bright aromas of watermelon and raspberry with flavors of wild strawberry, citrus zest and hints of melon.
