Côte des Roses celebrates the Mediterranean lifestyle. The Languedoc appellation stretches along the Mediterranean coast from the Spanish border as far as the city of Nîmes, along the foothills of the Montagne Noire and the Cévennes. The soils are highly varied, mainly with hard limestone and schist, but also gravel transported by the rivers of the Languedoc region. The warm, windy climate (“semi-arid Mediterranean climate with mild winters”) helps the grapes to ripen in good, healthy condition, while retaining all their fresher qualities thanks to the altitude and the influence of the sea which eases the scorching summer heat. The bottle is original with its base in the shape of a rose, created by a young designer from the Ecole Boulle. A wine to be given in the same way you would offer a bunch of roses!

Mediumbodied with tiny bubbles, notes of Brioche, ripe citrus & tropical fruits, ending in a delicate finish. Enjoy on it's own, or pair with seafood or Asian cuisine.

“La Chevalière,” or “the knight’s lady,” is a reference to “Mas La Chevalière,” literally the “farmhouse of the knight’s lady,” the Laroche winery in southern France that was created by Michel Laroche. Surrounded by a wall, just like the “clos” enclosures in Burgundy, Mas LaChevalière is a place of history and character where the “jardins à la française” offer a Mediterranean accent. Appearance: Dark ruby color Aroma: Intense nose offering pungent black currant and subtle herbal tones Taste: Intense fruit concentration laced with developed tannic structure; good intensity and nice, juicy mouthfeel Aging Potential: 2 years

Art de Vivre is a tribute to the Mediterranean civilization and its artists. This wine finds its inspiration in the antique history of the region with the Greeks planting the first vines followed by the Romans who exported the wines in amphoras to Egypt, Africa and Rome. A Natural, eco-designed terracotta bottle is inspired by these amphoras. Living, unique material, decorated with painted natural pigments. Indigenous grape varieties, this wine is a promise to share the way of life of the South of France.14

Hecht-&-Bannier-Languedoc-Rosé
Floral and spicy expression with ripe raspberry, a round palate with flavors of cherry and lifted by bright pineapple. Strawberry, watermelon and pomegranate nuances abound in this delectable crispy and dry wine that pairs with just about anything. Made in the style of a classic Côtes de Provence Rosé in the nearby region of Languedoc with the 40% Syrah, 35% Cinsault, 25% Grenache, with all stainless steel to keep the bright fruit aromatics. About the Producer: Formed in 2002, Hecht et Bannier produces wines that are reference points for the Roussillon, Languedoc and Provence. Founders Gregory Hecht and François Bannier note: “To conserve the typical Mediterranean strength in our wines while preserving balance and crispness, this is our mantra for all the appellations we produce.” This cutting-edge firm is one of the south’s most exciting projects in recent memory and promises to be a formidable player with dramatic impact in the region. Critical Acclaim: VinePair: The 25 Best Rosé Wines of 2020 "Like eating strawberries on the beach, this wine smells of wild berries seasoned with a spray of sea water. The palate is crisp and acidic, but a rich fruit core softens its hard edges. Let the salty aromas guide your food pairing: This wine has seafood platter written all over it."

Mode-De-Vie-Blanc
More than a place, France is a way of life— intriguing, nuanced, never hurried and always well-conceived. It’s what inspires me to create our Mode de Vie wines. This 2015 white blend has nice, bright yellow colour, aromatic nose of exotic fruits and white blossoms. In the mouth, the initial sensation is fresh and mineral. Pineapple and mango complete the balance, roundness and fullness. This wine pairs as easily with a fish sandwich and slaw as it does with grilled sea bass and pommes de terre. The perfect wine for living a french life.

Chateau-de-Jau-Le-Jaja-de-Jau-Syrah-Rose
When she launched it in 1991, Estelle Dauré was looking for a name that was easy to remember, evoking its "lightness". During a family reunion, the Jaja de Jau stood out. The creation of the label was entrusted to the artist Ben, friend of Sabine Dauré, who had exhibited in the contemporary art space of the Château de Jau. Since then, the concept has been applied to sommelier aprons worn by the service staff at the Château de Jau grill, on coolers and other wine-related accessories.
