Our Rosé has an elegant aromatic nose of watermelon and strawberry and is crisp and fresh on the palate with a deliciously long, fruity finish. Serve well chilled Pair with everything from fish, chicken, and sushi to salads and appetizers. And most definitely enjoyed with friends!

Mont Gravet Rosé is a wonderfully fresh and fruit forward dry Rosé wine. The wine has lovely aromas of raspberry and blackberry and is full body and long on the palate.

Attractive salmon-pink hue and pretty aromas of apricot, white peach, rose petal, a touch sweet on the nose, and finishing completely dry on the palate with good acidity and nice finish.

SOIL TYPE: Clay and limestone terroir close to the Thau Lagoon. GRAPE VARIETIES: 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Carignan. VINIFICATION: 100% De-stemmed. Direct pressing. MATURING: 5 to 6 months in stainless steel tank.

We source from regions classified as IGP Méditerranée which covers Provence and some neighboring terroir in Southeast France. It is a pale rose color with notes of strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, it is bright and dry with a hint of apricot on the finish. Perfect for long summer days by the pool or beautiful sunsets viewed from a patio.

Light and fruity wine, where one will recognize the Merlot with his delicious little basket of red berries with hints of liquorice. To be served slightly refreshed, or at room temperature and enjoyed with friend with delicatessen meat or soft cheeses.
