We aged special batches of our much-loved Russian Imperial Stout in Bourbon and Rye Whiskey barrels for the XXI release. The depth, intensity, and complexity of the flavor profile of this special release, like its predecessors, make it a worthy tribute to Old Rasputin. Prior to 2010, Barrel-Aged Old Rasputin was released in such limited quantities that it was available only at the North Coast Brewing retail shop in Fort Bragg, California. However, we received so many requests for this beer that we began producing enough Barrel-Aged Old Rasputin to put into broader, but still limited, distribution.

Lyon Rum is a distinctly unique American rum- bold, flavorful, and strong- deriving character from an innovative recipe of raw sugar cane and molasses, and traditional double-distillation in copper pot stills.The dark rum is sweet, smoky and rich - perfect to mix or sip.

This is a limited production, completely unique expression of a traditional liqueur. We start with our handcrafted Spirit Works Sloe Gin made with real sloe berries and Spirit Works Gin, then let it rest in a new American Oak barrel. This barrel-aging process allows the spirit to breathe through the wood, rounding the sweetness and the warm spices to create something truly one of a kind. The bright, tart character of the sloes is mellowed by the interaction with the barrel. The result is a rich and velvety mouth-feel and a fuller bodied spirit. This blending of oak and sloes is a first in its category and yields something very distinct and special that we’re excited to release. A decadent ending to any meal, we recommend sipping this spirit neat and sharing with good friends and family.

Café Del Mar is a blend of premium rum and coffee liqueur. This liqueur has flavors of roasted coffee beans, molasses, dark chocolate, and a touch of caramel. The taste is smooth coating the whole pallet with flavors, and a long pleasant finish.

Aromas of fresh fruits mingle with sultanas and black raisins that open up in layers, eventually revealing a deeper darker side. In the taste this darker side dominates at first, with currants and rich black chocolate being foremost. Then both bitterness and sweetness present themselves in equal proportions gradually fading into a long finish.
