Hendrick’s Gin

Hendrick’s-Gin
Proudly touted as "a most unusual gin," Hendrick's Gin is a delightfully curious liquid with a unique character that stands out from the rest. This small-batch gin is produced by William Grant & Sons and infused with cucumber, rose and traditional juniper at the brand's Scottish distillery. Small batches are typically defined as 1,000 liters or fewer, but Hendrick's Gin is crafted in tiny 500-liter batches, giving the master distiller more control over her artistry. Hendrick's is the result of combining two different spirits from rare and unusual stills: the Bennet still and the Carter-Head still. The exceptionally smooth gin features a nice balance of subtle flavors, which include wonderful notes of flowers, fruits, roots and seeds from across the world. In fact, the Wall Street Journal has described Hendrick's as the "Best Gin in the World." William Grant & Sons suggests serving the gin over ice with tonic water. Garnish with a cucumber slice instead of the traditional lemon wedge. Another great option is to serve the gin with soda water and a bit of elderflower. You can also create an odd variety of cocktails with distinctive bouquets. Gordon's Cup is a sour-and-salty concoction that marries cucumber, salt and pepper, lime juice and freshly ground salt and pepper. If that's too ambitious, try a simple Gin & Tonic using Hendrick's. Buy Hendrick’s Gin online at a great price on Drizly and have it delivered directly to your door or pick up in store.

Empress 1908 Gin delights the senses with its balanced citrus-and-spice palette, brilliant colour, light floral fragrance and soft texture. Handcrafted in small batch copper-pot stills, Empress 1908 is a collaboration between Victoria Distillers and the legendary Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia. It uses eight signature botanicals, including juniper, grapefruit peel, rose petal, coriander, ginger, cinnamon, and a bespoke blend of tea made especially for the Empress Hotel. The eighth botanical, exotic butterfly pea blossom, was discovered in another tea served at the Empress Hotel. These blossoms balance the traditional citrus notes of gin with a warm herbal earthiness, and create a deep, natural indigo that changes colour depending on the mixer. The combination of exquisite taste, delicate aroma, soft texture, and remarkable presentation provide the perfect base for a new aesthetic of cocktail creation and enjoyment.

Uncle-Val’s-Gin-Botanical-Gin
Distilled 5x and infused with Uncle Val's favorite botanicals, the same kind he grew in his garden back in Lucca, Italy. BOTANICALS Juniper, Cucumber, Lemon, Sage, Lavender NOSE On the nose, you'll notice crisp, bright aromas of sage and juniper. MOUTHFEEL Crisp and cool sensation that steadily softens. SIP You’ll taste bright lemon, which then gives way to a warm, spicy, lavender finish. Further along, you’ll experience the cooling effect of the cucumber. Each sip bolsters the botanical flavors, along with a continuous presence of piney juniper. The Botanical is a wonderful way to fancy up old classics like Arnold Palmers, mimosas or a gin fizz. It also mixes beautifully with native Tuscan herbs, from red valerium and thyme to lemon balm and mint. To round out straight martinis and a neat drink, try lightly sweet garnishes like candied ginger, cinnamon sticks, pear, dehydrated apple or cucumber. Uncle Val’s is a small-batch botanical gin inspired by Zio Valerio’s (zio means ‘uncle’ in Italian) love of gardening and Tuscan cuisine. The botanicals were chosen because they were not only Uncle Val’s favorite cooking ingredients, but also happen to make a truly unique and smoothly delicious gin. Citadelle is half revival, half new innovation: the revival is based on one the first gin produced in France at the “Citadelle.” The innovation is in the where and the how. Maison Ferrand Distillery and the SW corner of France is best known for its Cognac. But perhaps the boldest part was the revelation that during the offseason when they legally couldn’t distill Cognac, they could distill gin. The government finally relented in ’95, and so began the magic of open flames [don't try this at home] and pot stills: Citadelle 2.0 was thusly born.

DISTILLING YOUR LIFE - Mediterranean Gin Starting with a combination of revolutionary botanicals such as the arbequina olive, basil, rosemary and thyme, in Gin Mare we have achieved the distillation, bottling and exportation of the essence of the Mediterranean. Its gastronomy, its climate, land and sea. The birthplace of civilizations. With its exclusive and delicate elaboration, Gin Mare inspires us to travel a different path in life, getting the best from ourselves. The most pure and authentic, our own “Colección de Autor”. Gin Mare starts with a premium French barley base. Gin Mare is Mediterranean in essence, the same as the four principal botanicals in its blend: the arbequina olive, thyme, basil, and rosemary. Four Mediterranean ingredients that united with juniper, coriander, cardamom and citrus provide a unique Gin. This is a gin exclusive in its blend and hand-crafted elaboration. We steep each one of our botanicals during a period of more than twenty-four hours and distill each one separately, allowing us to achieve a wonderful harmony in taste, and furthermore an unmatched versatility. • Arbequina Olive From within this olive is extracted an olive oil known as “liquid gold”. A unique taste, individual, intense, different and purely Mediterranean. • Basil Fresh aroma, green in color, medicinal in character, a product truly ours. Praised by some cultures and criticized by others, for us fundamental. • Rosemary History precedes us: since the Middle Ages, it has been known for its benefits and properties, used in various recipes to maintain health, until the present. In the language of the flowers it is a symbol of good faith and honesty. As anything which is known to be special… it can be difficult to find, in concrete only in autumn and spring. ¬ • Thyme Used by the Romans to purify their dwellings. It has always been used regularly in traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Now extracted by us, selecting the best in the land to convert into a glass of Mare. TASTING NOTES Herbaceous, with an unforgettable oily texture and excellent gastronomical qualities. FINISH: Long and delicious aftertaste where the prevalence of the tasting notes of the arbequina olives in balance with the cardamom and the basil, allow us to open the appetite. Perfect Serve: The Gin Mare bottle cap provides the ideal measure (50 ml.) together with a premium tonic, an abundance of ice and a sprig of rosemary or a fresh basil leaf. NOSE: Balanced notes of juniper and the herbaceous notes derived from the thyme and rosemary, a hint of pine harmoniously balanced with aromas of tomato plants and olives. MOUTH: Full bodied; we return to find notes of juniper together with expressions of fresh coriander, evolving quickly to spicier notes originating from the thyme, rosemary and basil.

Brooklyn-Gin
Brooklyn Gin is a fresh take on gin from Brooklyn. Any cocktail is only as good as its ingredients. Brooklyn Gin was created to bring a fresh vibrant taste to your favorite cocktail. Using the freshest ingredients and traditional small batch distilling, we have created a gin like no other. Yes, we know this takes a little extra time and effort but we believe you can taste the difference in every sip of Brooklyn Gin. At Brooklyn Gin, we use hand-cut lemons, limes, oranges and clementines for our botanicals and we refuse to associate with concentrates, artificial flavors, or dry citrus peels which produce dull and flat flavors. To create fresh, vibrant and complex citrus notes there are no short-cuts. While many use dried juniper berries, which release harsh, piney flavors; we hand-crushed fresh juniper berries to make Brooklyn Gin. Our juniper berries are vacuum packed to retain freshness, allowing us to crush these berries open to release the sweeter and spicier notes for a more flavorful Brooklyn Gin. We refuse to use an industrial distilling process that creates a bland and stale gin. Instead, we steep fresh botanicals to release the essence and flavors. We then distill in small batches in a Carl Copper Pot Still that has been used over a hundred years to slowly extract flavor from the fresh fruits and botanicals. The Copper Pot Still interacts with the alcohol in each small batch to remove bitter notes resulting in a smoother gin with more vibrant complex flavors. Yes this method takes more time and craftsmanship but it is all worth it for the flavor and taste!

Salcombe Gin 'Rosé Sainte Marie' has a 'natural pink hue' from unsweetened red fruits and is hand crafted with no added sugar, artificial colorings or flavorings. Fresh citrus peels of lemon and orange (which are hand peeled each day prior to distillation) are combined with ten further hand sourced botanicals including lemon verbena, rose petals, orange blossom and pink peppercorns to create this truly exceptional gin that is elegantly soft and smooth. Named 'Rosé Sainte Marie' after the iconic ‘Sainte Marie’ lighthouse which marks the Southern entrance to the Old Port of Marseille, from where the 19th century Salcombe Fruit Schooners would load citrus fruits and herbs bound for England’s ports.

Most gins are made by simultaneously distilling juniper and other botanicals within the same still. However when boiled together, certain botanicals are overworked, resulting in the extraction of tannin-like flavors which dry out the gin, while other flavors are not fully realized. We distill each botanical: juniper, coriander, pummelos, orris root, Valencia oranges, and more, separately to bring out only the purest flavors and aromas to be blended together for a softer and brighter spirit.
