Since 1946, the Zamora family has been making Licor 43, a delicious liqueur with its characteristic golden tone. Licor 43 is still produced exclusively in Cartagena following the family recipe.

Gin Mare starts with a premium French barley base. Gin Mare is Mediterranean in essence, the same as the four principal botanicals in its blend: the arbequina olive, thyme, basil, and rosemary. Four Mediterranean ingredients that united with juniper, coriander, cardamom and citrus provide a unique Gin. This is a gin exclusive in its blend and hand-crafted elaboration. We steep each one of our botanicals during a period of more than twenty-four hours and distill each one separately, allowing us to achieve a wonderful harmony in taste, and furthermore an unmatched versatility. • Arbequina Olive From within this olive is extracted an olive oil known as “liquid gold”. A unique taste, individual, intense, different and purely Mediterranean. • Basil Fresh aroma, green in color, medicinal in character, a product truly ours. Praised by some cultures and criticized by others, for us fundamental. • Rosemary History precedes us: since the Middle Ages, it has been known for its benefits and properties, used in various recipes to maintain health, until the present. In the language of the flowers it is a symbol of good faith and honesty. As anything which is known to be special… it can be difficult to find, in concrete only in autumn and spring. ¬ • Thyme Used by the Romans to purify their dwellings. It has always been used regularly in traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Now extracted by us, selecting the best in the land to convert into a glass of Mare. TASTING NOTES Herbaceous, with an unforgettable oily texture and excellent gastronomical qualities. FINISH: Long and delicious aftertaste where the prevalence of the tasting notes of the arbequina olives in balance with the cardamom and the basil, allow us to open the appetite. Perfect Serve: The Gin Mare bottle cap provides the ideal measure (50 ml.) together with a premium tonic, an abundance of ice and a sprig of rosemary or a fresh basil leaf. NOSE: Balanced notes of juniper and the herbaceous notes derived from the thyme and rosemary, a hint of pine harmoniously balanced with aromas of tomato plants and olives. MOUTH: Full bodied; we return to find notes of juniper together with expressions of fresh coriander, evolving quickly to spicier notes originating from the thyme, rosemary and basil.

Our most award winning Brandy. Inspired by his frequent trips to France, Miguel Torres desired to experiment with the grape varietals and aging process used to craft cognac. He created a unique Spanish brandy, bringing together the best of both countries, with the creation of Torres 20 Hors d’age. The brandy is fine and dark amber-colored with a deep, warm aroma, with traces of dried fruit and nuts. It exhibits elegant hints of spices such as vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. It is round, intensely velvety and lush on the palate, with a lingering aftertaste typical of its noble origin and aristocratic aging. This brandy is made using double distillation of Hand-picked Parellada and Ugni Blanc grapes from Torres-owned vineyards. The distillates are then aged in French oak barrels, using a static system.

Lepanto is the luxury offshoot of González Byass which has the distinction of being the only Brandy de Jerez which is produced entirely from start to finish in Jerez. It's produced from Palomino grapes grown in the region, which undergo a double-distillation process in the Los Arcos cellar between two Charentais pot stills from Cognac that date back to the 1960s. The distillate, or 'holanda', is aged for a minimum of 15 years in a solera system in American oak barrels once used for Sherry. They spend 12 years in barrels that had been used for Tio Pepe sherry and 3 years in barrels that had aged Noe, a Pedro Ximénez sherry that ages for 30 years.

Dos Maderas Luxus is a blend of 10-year-old Bajon and Guyanese rums that rest for an additional 5 years at Bodegas Williams & Humbert in American oak-wood casks which previously contained over 20-year-old sherry certified by Regulating Council Jerez-Xeres-Sherry: Don Guido. Usquaebach (Oos: Ke: Bah) is the name derived from the ancient Gaelic phrase, “uisge beatha” meaning water of life. These are the ancient words from which the word “whisky” is derived. A pleasant nose of pears, cooked apple, caramel and white pepper leads to a rich, slightly floral palate with layered notes of caramel, citrus and dried fruit.
