Grappa Riserva is a fine grappa, made from the pomace of Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot and Friulano grapes from the alpine foothills of Friuli. Smooth, complex flavors result from an average of five years aging in Slavonian oak barrels. The nose is fragrant, delicate and harmonious. On the palate, this grappa is intense and complex, but with a smooth texture and mouth feel, followed by a long finish.

Every year Mr. Cristiani makes a selection of the best Italian grapes Distilleria Cristiani get Grappa an old system of typical distillation of Mastri Distillatori (Distiller Teacher). The Grappa that we obtain has 80%Vol degrees, the smell is intense and soft and the visual test is clear and crystal clear. When the period of rest is finished, the Grappa is frozen under zero degrees at the temperature of -15C., then we filter it. At this point is ready to put inside of bottles. These selected Grappa is putting inside barrels wooden and aged for several months necessary to get an Aged Grappa.

Poli Grappa Torchio d'Oro depicts on the label a ‘rossolo’ (a braid of bunches of grape let to dry) to represent the only nine wineries that produce Torcolato di Breganze wine and that all decided to give their Torcolato marc exclusively to the Poli Distillerie.

Grappa is a unique and exclusively Italian spirit distilled from fresh wine grape pomace. Carpene Malvolti’s Grappa is a spirit obtained using only solid raw materials and is distilled in steam heated copper alembics (pot stills). The rigorous selection of the pomace to be used takes place in the finest zones of the Conegliano Veneto Hills. This 'Riserva' version has been aged in small oak casks.

Nardini Mandorla is a distilled-spirit specialty, created by blending a base of Nardini Grappa, double-distilled, with an infusion of almond oil and natural cherry distillate. It is pale straw-yellow in color with golden reflections. Distinct almond nuances come through on the nose. Intense and dry on the palate with a slightly fruity aftertaste.

Made with pinot grigio, refosco, chardonnay, and sauvignon blanc, as well as gaglioppo and magliocco. “Grappa” is the legal Italian name given to the distilled spirit obtained through the distillation of the pomace or marc of pressed grapes (skins, seeds, small quantity of pulp, must and wine).
