The water used in Absolut Vodka comes from a deep well in Sweden, where it is protected from impurities. The winter wheat is sewn in the Fall and grows throughout the winter under the Swedish snow, developing into a hard grain. Harvested the following Fall, this distinctive grain helps give Absolut its signature taste. Fresh aroma with a distinct fruitiness of ripened pear and sunny elderflower, followed by soft floral notes all in a balanced harmony.

Chase distillery is Britain’s first single-estate distillery, based in Herefordshire, United Kingdom. Owner and founder William Chase, alongside his sons James Chase and Harry Chase, run the Chase farm-to-bottle distillery producing vodka, gin and liqueurs using ingredients sourced on-site at Rosemaund Farm. As the former owner and founder of Tyrells Crisps, William Chase realized that he could use potatoes to produce vodka. In 2008, he decided to convert one of his barns into a distillery. Chase Vodka is the only potato-based vodka produced in England and serves as the base for Chase Smoked Vodka, Chase Marmalade Vodka and Chase Elderflower Liqueur. Made using our award-winning Chase Original Vodka, we take fresh elderflowers, press them and mix with water. The flowers are filtered out and the resultant extract is blended with sugar. Method of Production: Single-distilled to 40% ABV (80 proof) requiring approximately 3 kilos (7 lbs.) of torontel grapes to produce one 750ml bottle. Distilled from 100% fully-fermented grape juice, pure wine (no pomace) and rested a minimum of nine months with no additives of any kind: no color, no water, no sugar, no wood flavoring. Distilled through traditional, flat-top falca stills.

Wood’s Fleur de Sureau Elderflower Liqueur, starts as from Colorado wine that we distill into a high-proof brandy, infused with Colorado grown elderflower and finished with local honey. Fleur de Sureau has strong floral and earth notes with hints of raspberry. This lightly sweetened liqueur  can be enjoyed in cocktails, neat or to add complexity to a spritz. Fleur de Sureau, French for elder flower, is a nod to the tradition of gathering elder flowers for use in liqueurs in the French and Swiss Alps. It’s a floral liqueur that shows off the wine base under a big elderflower presence with honey with a hint of raspberry and earth.
