Chase Elderflower Liqueur

Chase distillery is Britain’s first single-estate distillery, based in Herefordshire, United Kingdom. Owner and founder William Chase, alongside his sons James Chase and Harry Chase, run the Chase farm-to-bottle distillery producing vodka, gin and liqueurs using ingredients sourced on-site at Rosemaund Farm. As the former owner and founder of Tyrells Crisps, William Chase realized that he could use potatoes to produce vodka. In 2008, he decided to convert one of his barns into a distillery. Chase Vodka is the only potato-based vodka produced in England and serves as the base for Chase Smoked Vodka, Chase Marmalade Vodka and Chase Elderflower Liqueur. Made using our award-winning Chase Original Vodka, we take fresh elderflowers, press them and mix with water. The flowers are filtered out and the resultant extract is blended with sugar.
