Samuel Smith's Organic Fruit Beers are brewed and fermented at Melbourn Bros. Brewery in Stamford; then blended, conditioned and packaged at Samuel Smith's Old Brewery in Tadcaster; they are Certified Organic by the USDA-accredited UK Soil Association. While there are older breweries in England, it would be safe to say that few breweries are so little changed as this gem at Stamford, which has stood in the center of the beautifully preserved market community since 1825. From the antique grist mill to the ancient copper vessels, Melbourn Bros. remains today, a working brewery which blends the traditions of the ancient craft with that of the early industrial revolution. Closed in the 1970s, restoration with respect for the historical brewing equipment was begun by Samuel Smith's in the 1990s.

Lightly kilned organic lager malt grown in the UK is the main ingredient, with a substantial addition of organic UK Vienna malt. Samuel Smith's has begun to source organic hops in England; some of the organic hops used in the recipe come from New Zealand. Certified Organic by the USDA-accredited UK Soil Association. In 2012, Pure Brewed Organic Lager replaced Pure Brewed Lager and Organic Lager; UPC codes are the same as Organic Lager. Taste Bright straw-gold color; medium body. REFRESHINGLY SWEET WATERMELON WITH A HINT OF MINT.

Citrus-forward with subtle undertones of Lavender, Mint, and Ginger. Brewed with Live Probiotics and our Adaptogen Root Blend of Ginger, Astragalus, Turmeric, and Ashwagandha.

Pale golden in color; light to medium in body; dry and well-balanced; clean hop and malt character.

For our 22 ounce IPA brews, we play around a bit. We brew the same malt profile each time, but experiment with different hops. Kind of like "research" for beer aficionados - a noble study of hop flavor and aroma. Willamette is a mid alpha hop bred decades ago from Fuggles. We like it for its woody or grassy tones and a smooth bitterness. Some say its too mild for West Coast IPA, but we find it quite drinkable.

Kombucha Rosé

Inedit is crafted by Ferran Adrià and Damm's Master Brewers since 2008. It is made from two kinds of beer: barley malt and wheat. It is specially conceived to accompany, with the utmost respect, the new gastronomy cuisine, full of contrasts and aromatic nuances. Inedit is flavored with spices, which confer it singularity and make it special and unique. This wheat beer or white beer is Witbier-style, originally from Belgium and is characterized by being brewed with unmalted wheat. The fact that it is made using unmalted wheat makes the beer more full bodied and increases the sensation of volume and smoothness in the mouth. Inedit was created to combine with a multitude of culinary creations, even the most complicated ones based on citric fruits and bitter components. Splendid with starters, salads and fish dishes with a fatty texture, its versatility also allows it to be combined with bittersweet and hot-spicy sensations. A very dynamic beer that perfectly harmonizes with the whole palette of flavors.

Evergreen IPA is built from Peak’s flagship IPA, but enhances the hoppy pine notes by blending in organic juniper berries and organic spruce. The result is a unique IPA with bright pine and resin hop character. The finish is distinctly crisp, begging for another sip.
