Whipple’s Wheat is a sessionable wheat ale that we dry-hopped with a blend of citrusy American hops and left unfiltered, perfect for summer or anytime you feel like it! This beer pairs well with lazy afternoons and anything cooked outside.

Our series of fruited American Sour Ales come from a love of fresh fruit flavors combined with mouth-watering acidity. We take the same golden sour base beer and referment it with different fruit combinations.

Hazy milkshake IPA with orange, lactose and vanilla.

Classic Belgian Witbier style. Instead of the traditional coriander and orange peel spicing regimen, we add fresh lemongrass, ginger root, and a dash of Sorachi Ace hops. The result is a wonderfully refreshing ale with notes of lemon candy, citrus fruit, and a slight spiciness from the ginger.

Happy birthday to us! To celebrate our first year as a brewery we brewed a serious imperial stout and aged it on cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, and fresh habanero peppers. This was the first offering in our annual Anniversary series. It was so delicious we decided to bring it back each May!

For our 9th anniversary beer we drew inspiration from that classic confection – the peanut butter cup. Rich chocolate and nutty, roasty peanut butter make this beer a rich and rewarding amusement. Released December 2019.

This ninety-minute west coast-style IPA has nine hop additions of Warrior and Amarillo and comes in at a whopping 90 IBUs. A tongue-twisting treat for the hophead in all of us!

This is our interpretation of Gose (pronounced “Gose-uh”), a traditional German-style sour wheat beer brewed with coriander and salt. Once nearly extinct, this very refreshing style is making a comeback.

Blend of the base recipes for 3 Sons Summation and Westbrook Mexican Cake. Aged 22 months in Napa cabernet barrels and finished on cocoa nibs and dried tart cherries.

Hop Slinger gets its golden copper color from the light caramel malts, which provide a solid backbone to support all the great hops. This beer presents with an overwhelming citrus aroma that leads into an unmistakable flavor of grapefruit. Hop Slinger leaves you with a nice dry bitterness that pairs well with spicy curries, salty fried foods and ginger based deserts.

Session India Pale Ale brewed with 100% Idaho 7 hops. Singular, with its light golden hue and round body, exhibits bright notes of mango and fresh pine forest, finishing with a touch of drying papaya skin & eucalyptus. Hoppier than your average Pale Ale, while lighter in alcohol than your typical IPA, Singular explores the Session IPA spectrum by providing copious amounts of hop flavor and aroma in a sessionable format.

A base of pale, Munich, and Carapils malts is just enough to contain the massive hop flavor and aroma packed into this highly drinkable IPA. A blend of four American hop varieties is added four times in the kettle and twice in the fermenter for a complex and layered hop experience. Best served at 45-50?F in a tulip or English style pint glass.

This Czech-style pilsner is brewed with 100% pilsner malt and a blend of old and new world hops. Dry-hopping adds a hop accent to the nose, while cold fermentation with a a classic Czech lager yeast emphasizes the fresh grainy flavor of the malt and spiciness of the kettle hops. This beer provides plenty of flavor and nuance to be enjoyed on its own, but is also simple enough to get out of the way when food and/or conversation is the focus. We could drink it everyday!
