Over 3.5 lbs of Citra, Bravo, and Ella hops per barrel make this beer an incredibly juicy and citrusy treat with an approachable level of bitterness.

Move over grapes. We’re celebrating the world’s most glorious vine. Generous quantities of CTZ and Glacier hops are added throughout the boil. Then, late in fermentation, we infuse the Sweet Child with another dose of Glaciers, imparting a bouquet of hop aroma that veritably bursts forth upon serving. Hell is German for light. A pale-gold lager with bready malt aromas and flavors, floral hop aroma, and a balanced finish. Finally, a Surly beer my German mother will drink. She says this one tastes like a bier from back home. Not unlike a Zwickel Bier from Germany, Hell is not filtered and fermented with lager yeast. American hops takes a back seat to the Pils malt sweetness and fresh bread aroma. The color is well… hell (Deutsch for light). It’s fiendishly drinkable, and you don’t have to sell your soul to get another.

A New England IPA brewed with seven rounds of Amarillo, Citra, and El Dorado hops. The tropical, fruity, citrusy trio make their debut appearance through four bittering expulsions in the kettle followed by a healthy dose of dry hop, two rounds longer than most would last with Tyson. This NEIPA offers a mouthfeel more pillowy than your bell bottoms and a citrusy hop profile more citrusy than your disco suit.
