Abita Amber is a Munich style lager brewed with pale & caramel malts and German Perle hops. It has a smooth, malty, slightly caramel flavor and a rich amber color. This was the first beer offered by the brewery and has been voted best beer in numerous New Orleans reader polls and is used frequently in recipes of Louisiana chefs.

A creature of the swamp, Andygator is a unique high gravity brew made with pilsner malt, German lager yeast, and German Perle hops. Unlike other high gravity brews, Andygator is fermented to a dry finish with a slightly sweet flavor and subtle fruit aroma. It is a Helles Doppelbock.

Covington Kolsch is the beer our brewery was founded on. It is an easy drinking wheat ale with a slight citrus flavor and aroma from the German noble hops it is brewed with. It is fermented at higher ale temperatures, then cold conditioned like most lagers so you get the best of both worlds. A fruity aroma like an ale with a crisp, clean finish like a lager.
