A West Coast classic since the eighties. Pac Pil is brewed using an ISO-certified, all malt recipe but the standout ingredient is our BC spring water, essential to a great Pilsner brew. Keeping true to the original Czech style that it is based on, this is a crisp, clean, golden lager that has a good malt character but is accented toward the hop with its aroma and dry finish. TASTING NOTES Our Pacific Pilsner features the tart, delicate flavour of quality Canadian malt perfectly balanced bitterness with Saaz hops. With just a hint of citrus, it is perfect with fish or shellfish including a West Coast favorite – sushi.

This is a full flavoured beer integrated with a distinct floral hop which gives it a quality unique to our Pacific Northwest surroundings. We’ve used ingredients harvested near the Pacific Ocean including Galena, Cascade and Citra hops. Each year, Lil’ Red changes. This year Cédric and team decided to bring this punchy red ale to the next level. Brettanomyces Bruxellensis was added to the bottles for natural carbonation. Which means there are 2 versions of this beer this year. The bottle and the keg will be different, one a sweet and tangy refresher and one with a layer of horse blanket funk. The vibrant acidity of this beer is a dead ringer for shellfish. It is delicate and fruity enough for spot prawns with just a hint of sweetness to complement scallops in herbed butter perfectly.
