Our premium pilsner is a smooth and crisp beer brewed in the traditional Czech style (it originated in the city of Pilsen). It has a light straw colour and nicely balanced hop/malt flavouring with light bitterness. There is a slight floral, spicy aroma that comes from the Saaz hops.

Parallel 49 recommends the use of hop grenades for self-defence purposes only. This Cascadian Dark Lager balances malty richness and flavours of burnt toffee and caramel with the spicy, citrusy character of Cascadian hops.

Our take on this centuries-old style employs the humble oat to promote a smooth and creamy mouthfeel while chocolate malts and roasted barley bolster brilliant tones of cocoa and coffee.
