Our premium pilsner is a smooth and crisp beer brewed in the traditional Czech style (it originated in the city of Pilsen). It has a light straw colour and nicely balanced hop/malt flavouring with light bitterness. There is a slight floral, spicy aroma that comes from the Saaz hops.

Parallel 49 recommends the use of hop grenades for self-defence purposes only. This Cascadian Dark Lager balances malty richness and flavours of burnt toffee and caramel with the spicy, citrusy character of Cascadian hops.

This golden blonde ale has a light bitterness and a balanced body to create a dry, refreshing finish, with hints of European hops. It is the perfect accompaniment to a hot day up the lake.

We are a little tardy to the party, but here’s a beer. Sorry we took so long. (Oh, and by the way, this saison brewed with Belgian yeast is spicy, with complex aromatics and a slightly fruity finish).

CHOC-O-HOLIC There is more to the relationship between chocolate and beer than tastes and indulgences, both being prehistoric from an ancient past. It is impossible to know which came first but here we present these two fermented foods in a modern relationship, designed to last until the last drop. Sirene Chocolate Milk Stout, brewed with our deep well aquifer mineral water, malted barley and wheat, Sirene chocolate husks, lactose, hops and yeast.

Our hands harvested these Columbia hop cones straight from the Sartori Hop Ranch in the beautiful Columbia Valley. These fresh hops met our sour red IPA, infusing this once-a-year brew with fresh green earthy flavours. Herbal notes meet fruity melon and tangy citrus, all nestled in a tart IPA.

Dawn pays homage to traditional German Pilsners with a sublime balance between malt and hop. Old and new hop varieties make Dawn appealing to both traditionalists and adventurous Pilsner lovers alike. A refreshing and sessionable lager.

On a sunny summer day, just like today, the Great and Wonderful Oz set sail in his hot-air balloon. As ballast, some say, his basket was loaded to the brim with Hoyne Hefeweizen. After lift-off, his thirst gathered like a summer storm. Quenching it, he lightened his load, and found himself carried delightfully away. The rest, as they say, is his story.

Annnnd they're off! Hold on to your hats folks, we added a trifecta of hops to this Hefe. Place your bets on Winning Brew, this thoroughbred is going to win, place and show with its triple crown combo of hoppy, spicy and fruity aromas. This beer upholds the banana and clove character of a traditional German Hefeweizen while adding a unique twist. Trifecta is dry-hopped with Huell Melon, Meridian and Saphir hops which add notes of strawberry, kiwi, lime and Jasmin Tea and give it a fruit smoothie-like impression.

Introducing a new addition to the Hoyne Brewing Family, Alpha Acid IPA replaces Devil’s Dream IPA in the core lineup. Big additions of Idaho 7, El Dorado and Azacca make this hazy, tropical IPA extra juicy. Brewed with the addition of wheat in the North-Eastern style with a great balance of hops, malt and mouth feel.
