Produced by the first organic wine growers in Italy this prosecco is the flagship of Rischio Reale. Rischio Rele Rosso is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet, Corvina and Raboso that is aged for 1 year in French Oak. The world renowned primary production area is Valpolicella which primarily consists of limestone. As a result the wine exhibits fruity aromas, hints of cherry, small berries and floral nuances. The color is plush ruby red and bouquet is complex with elegant notes of red fruits and vanilla hints. The taste is smooth with excellent structure and balance. With our Malbec we offer the distinctive flavors and purest expressions of the emblematic varietal of Argentina. We produce this wine using the same process, care and love as per our Colección.

With our Cabernet Sauvignon we offer the distinctive flavors and Mendoza’s purest expressions of our emblematic varietal in Bordeaux. We produce this wine using the same process, care and love as per our Colección.

Crafted to be “The House” wine. A wine complex, playful and silky enough to be enjoyed at any time, on its own, without prejudice (Breakfast?!). Or shared over an array of culinary adventures... -Vineyard: Carneros, home of some of the best Pinot Noir in the world. Our vineyard is located in the north end of Carneros, on the Napa Valley side, right on the foothills of Mount Veeder and Mayacamas mountains. The soil is volcanic and its farming is organic (Napa Green Certified Land). 3 distinctive parcels within the same 400 acres property. -2019 Vintage: We still brag about how excellent 2018 vintage was in Carneros, but 2019 may just steal the show as the vintage of the decade for Pinot Noir in Napa. Time will tell, but as I’m writing these tasting notes (July 2020), I am astonished with the early development and elegance of this vintage every time I uncork a bottle. Although 2019 vintage has the structure to last years in the cellar, its freshness makes it “The House” wine for today’s occasion. -Tasting Notes: Wild strawberries, rhubarb, pomegranate and black cherries aromas are all found on the nose. The palate is so silky and smooth with lingering flavors of cranberry, ripe plum and spice. Produced from the fruit of bush vines planted in 1946 high on our estate’s deep sandy soils. Our Old Vine Grenache is complex, perfumed and elegant with a trademark tannin structure.

Chêne Bleu's yin and yang wines are named after Héloïse and Abélard “the Romeo and Juliet of France”, known for their intellectual brilliance, passionate love affair, eloquent letters and the tragedy that cruelly separated them. Their affair spanned many decades during the Middle Ages until the end of their lives, making it a symbol of enduring romantic love. The complex, brooding Grenache blend from older vines seems worthy of Abélard, who combined erudition with deep thinking and a near-fatal attraction. 85% Grenache Noir, 15% Syrah

Deep ruby color with hints of purple. Classic Cabernet aromas of rich red fruits, red pepper, plum, tobacco leaf, roasted coffee beans, and a touch of fresh mint. The aromas are echoed on the palate, with layers of fruit and spice pushing on and on. It's a full-bodied wine that has incredible length and purity of flavor—it really keeps you coming back for more. If Cabernet Sauvignon dreamed at night, this is what it would dream about!

Our Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir is bright red ruby in color and is bursting with cherries and baking spices, along with savory notes of lavender and star anise. The palate delivers dense dusty, cherry flavors with balanced acid and tannin structure, which carries onto a lovely finish.

Pablo Claro is the story of a dream. A dream to make Spanish wine committed to sustainability and biodynamic practices. Golden hue with green notes. Aromas of citrus on the nose. Medium bodied with crispy acidity that leads into elegant minerality that lasts on the palate.

High Sands is our Holy Grail. It captures the essence of our prized old vines. The High Sands block has a restrained authoritative power that is an antithesis to its purity, fragrance and beauty. This red wine made entirely from the Grenache varietal and has aromas of red fruit and spice. Flavors of red berry, dried fruit and pepper characteristics, this is a powerful wine with depth.

Héloïse and Abélard are one of history’s most celebrated couples, known for their intellectual brilliance, passionate love affair, eloquent letters and the tragedy that cruelly separated them. Sometimes referred to as “the Romeo and Juliet of France,” they were actually far more complex and accomplished individuals, and their love spanned many decades during the Middle Ages until the end of their lives, making it a symbol of enduring romantic love. The perfumed, intense but restrained character of this Syrah blend reminded us of Héloïse, whose intellect was matched by passion which, though bridled, never died. Varietal Composition: 65% Syrah, 31% Grenache Noir, 4% Roussanne

A blend of Malbec from different appellations in Mendoza. Amorio, or 'Love Affair' represents the deep and enduring feelings the Argentine people have toward the Malbec grape. Aromas of smoky oak and cherry. Mouthwatering, penetrating flavors of ripe red and black cherries, red berries. Quite rich and velvety on the palate, and finishes with just enough grip to make it a real winner with food. This is some seriously sexy Malbec.

Enticing aromas that are strikingly similar to Viognier, with hints of white pear, white flowers and ripe peach. On the palate, it has a beautiful structure and acidity along with enticing fruit flavors that keep you coming back for another sip. Plenty of body for a wine that shows such delicate aromas and flavors. Fruity, floral and yet still quite dry.

Each year, the La Rinconada Pinot Noir is selected from individual barrels of the best blocks from this estate vineyard in the esteemed Sta. Rita Hills AVA. This bottling is deep red in color and is bursting with earthy cherry, black raspberry and anise aromas. The silky palate delivers flavors of juicy red fruits framed nicely by bright acidity and a lingering finish.

This Grenache is a gorgeous ruby color in the glass and is aromatic with bright notes of wild boysenberry fruit, floral hibiscus, and rich notes of black cherry. These are followed by notes of white pepper, plum compote, and blueberry. Lively acidity and tannin round out the palate for a deliciously balanced and lingering finish. With juicy red fruit qualities and a full bodied texture, this wine is bolder than a Pinot and more delicate than a Cabernet; perfect for any occasion.
