Côte des Roses celebrates the Mediterranean lifestyle. The Languedoc appellation stretches along the Mediterranean coast from the Spanish border as far as the city of Nîmes, along the foothills of the Montagne Noire and the Cévennes. The soils are highly varied, mainly with hard limestone and schist, but also gravel transported by the rivers of the Languedoc region. The warm, windy climate (“semi-arid Mediterranean climate with mild winters”) helps the grapes to ripen in good, healthy condition, while retaining all their fresher qualities thanks to the altitude and the influence of the sea which eases the scorching summer heat. The bottle is original with its base in the shape of a rose, created by a young designer from the Ecole Boulle. A wine to be given in the same way you would offer a bunch of roses!

Born in 2017, Hampton Water is the fruit of the collaboration between Jon Bon Jovi, Jesse Bongiovi, Ali Franklin and Gérard Bertrand. Hampton Water captures the spirit shared between the Hampton and the South of France : enjoying life and a good bottle of wine to share with friends. This beautiful wine reflects the South of France know-how and terroir paying a tribute to the Hamptons and South of France Art de Vivre. On his first vintage the wine was rated 90 points by the Wine Spectator and made the TOP 100 list confirming the quality and success of the wine. Subsequently Hampton Water has received 90 Points on every vintage since their launch. Hampton Water, made in France, enjoyed everywhere. A dashing combination of handpicked and machine-harvested grapes taken at their optimal flavor ripeness, then cold soaked, and put through a temperature controlled fermentation process to ensure maximum quality and fruit extraction.

The secret recipe selectively blends some of the fine white wines with an aromatic extract of herbs and spices, such as cardamom, cinnamon and lavender, sourced from around the world. The exquisite, silky smooth, sweet taste of Noilly Prat Ambré is best savoured with ice.

Blend of dry white wines macerated with botanicals including Roman chamomile and gentian from France, bitter orange peels from Tunisia and nutmeg from Indonesia.

Le Grand Noir Pinot Noir offers pure aromas of cherry, currant and savory spices. The velvety tannins are nicely balanced by ripe red fruit flavors layered with vanilla and spice. Pairs well with pork, salad, cheese, tuna or salmon.

The nose develops notes of mango, dried fruits and hazelnut and aromas of grape fruits and orange blossom. The barrel aging brings notes of vanilla, cinnamon, fresh butter and spices. It’s long lasting finish presents a beautiful minerality.

An original rose with a very pale pink color plus grey and whitish tints. The bouquet reveals delightful red berry scents. A slight sparkle on the palate gives the wine all its freshness and brings out its fruit to the full. The elegant finish is pleasantly fresh and mineral. Grenache is the king of grape varieties when it comes to making light, racy, fruity roses in contemporary style. Grenache reveals all its suppleness and cherry aromas. Its fig and sometimes cocoa flavours, plus its rounded sensations on the palate, make it one of the great varieties of the South of France.

Tasting Notes: An accessible wine with loads of character, “Les Darons” is packed with ripe, red and dark fruit aromas, with plenty of spice and a streak of underlying minerality. Serve With: Enjoy this classic, unoaked red with a wide range of everyday meals.

A Blanc-de-Blancs sparkling wine made in a Champagne fashion at a fraction of the cost. Produced in the traditional method, the palate is round (not sharp) with a crowd pleasing palate. Mediumbodied with tiny bubbles, notes of Brioche, ripe citrus & tropical fruits, ending in a delicate finish. Enjoy on it's own, or pair with seafood or Asian cuisine.

Refreshingly clean nose, with aromas of morello cherries, raspberries, and red currants. Well balanced, light to medium bodied wine. Nicolas Rose can be paired with the following appetizers: melon, prosciutto, salade nicoise, and hummus. And main dishes, such as crab, eggs, pizza, and shrimp.

First produced in 1873, Byrrh Grand Quinquina was created by brothers Pallade and Simon Violet in the small French town of Thuir. Still produced in accordance with the original recipe, Byrrh is created by macerating South America Quinquina, coffee, bitter orange, colombo and cocoa in Muscat Mistelles, which is then matured in oak casks. The fruit-forward wine lends natural sweetness, so no additional sugar is needed, and also provides Byrrh Grand Quinquina with its refreshing balance of fruit and spice. Byrrh is traditionally served as an aperitif, chilled with a slice of lemon.

“La Chevalière,” or “the knight’s lady,” is a reference to “Mas La Chevalière,” literally the “farmhouse of the knight’s lady,” the Laroche winery in southern France that was created by Michel Laroche. Surrounded by a wall, just like the “clos” enclosures in Burgundy, Mas LaChevalière is a place of history and character where the “jardins à la française” offer a Mediterranean accent. Frédéric Palacios is a passionate and whole winegrower. Like his wines, he is also a character who leaves no one indifferent. Today it expresses the quintessence of its so particular terroir of Malepère. The wines of Mas de mon Père are deep, sincere and generous. M as I am! 2016: blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. A powerful, broad and fleshy wine to accompany pretty winter dishes. The guard is interesting.
