Lini-910-Labrusca-Lambrusco-Rosso
The Lini Family has been making Lambrusco since 1910. "Labrusca" is the grape's ancient name, from the Latin labrum meaning "edge." It is believed that Lambrusco grew naturally around the edges of fields cultivated by Italy's ancient people, the Etruscans. The Lini family's "traditional" Labrusca Rosso is a perfect pairing for the classic dishes of Emilia like lasagne and tagliatelle alla bolognese, tortellini in brodo, and the region's famous cured meats. Low in alcohol, with bright acidity and loads of fruit in the mouth, this gently sparkling red wine is the ideal complement to the rich foods of the Emilia region.

Le-Papesse-Di-Papiano
Le Papesse di Papiano" is one of the great classics made every year by the Villa Papiano farm. It is a blend where the Sangiovese is the absolute protagonist, to which is added a very small percentage of balsamina, a native vine recovered from the cellar in a project that aims to enhance the territory. A Romagna Sangiovese Superiore DOC with fruity flavors, characterized by a good drink, smooth and satisfying. The grapes, carefully harvested during the harvest period, ferment in steel at a controlled temperature, macerating on the skins for a variable period, included between 18 and 24 days. Then follows the refinement, always carried out in steel for 6 months. At the end of this production process we obtain a label of excellent workmanship, which deserves more than a taste. Cavicchioli-1928-Lambrusco-Rosato-Dolce
Aromas and flavours of ripe jammy red fruit and light citrus notes. Lively bubbles and a refreshing finish. Founded in 1928 after Umberto Cavicchioli decided to turn the laboratory behind his house into a winery, the innovation continues today. This is a modern style of Lambrusco; lighter and fragrant without any of the shrillness, of which there are far too many bad examples. If you do not think Lambrsuco can be a serious wine, then think again. 'Dolce' means that the wine is sweet. Aromas and flavours of ripe jammy red fruit and light citrus notes. Lively bubbles and a refreshing finish.

La-Collina-‘Quaresimo’-Lambrusco
The Cooperativa Agricola La Collina was founded in 1975, when 12 energized young men with ambitious visions aimed for something entirely new. Among them was Enea, who now runs a co-operative farm with agricultural and humanitarian achievements far beyond what could have been dreamed over 40 years ago. The core of this vision is that everyone on the farm would live like an extended family. The farming was to be traditional and the produce, some of Emilia’s most famous exports: Parmigiano Reggiano and Lambrusco. The hope was to be able to offer this close knit family environment to those less fortunate that were recovering from drug problems. Today all the visions of La Collina have been realized, and then some. They grow vegetables, fruits, cereals, keep livestock, make wine, sausages, honey, pasta, and meat products. In addition they are able to spread the knowledge of biodynamic farming through educational field-trips and workshops. Over the years they have helped many young adults with drug problems rehabilitate themselves and learn the joys of farming and community.
