Lini 910 Labrusca Lambrusco Rosso

Lini-910-Labrusca-Lambrusco-Rosso
The Lini Family has been making Lambrusco since 1910. "Labrusca" is the grape's ancient name, from the Latin labrum meaning "edge." It is believed that Lambrusco grew naturally around the edges of fields cultivated by Italy's ancient people, the Etruscans. The Lini family's "traditional" Labrusca Rosso is a perfect pairing for the classic dishes of Emilia like lasagne and tagliatelle alla bolognese, tortellini in brodo, and the region's famous cured meats. Low in alcohol, with bright acidity and loads of fruit in the mouth, this gently sparkling red wine is the ideal complement to the rich foods of the Emilia region.

Santo-Stefano-Reggiano-Lambrusco-Sparkling-Red
Crafted in the classic style from the region with a hint of natural sweetness. Therefore, it remains dry enough to compliment many cuisines. It is medium-bodied with fine effervescence. The intense ruby-red color and violet reflections accentuate the natural characteristics of black cherry ad red plum on the palate. This refreshing wine is ideal with appetizers such as salami, prosciutto, roasted vegetables, olives, light pastas, and pizza. Serve cold and enjoy!

Lambrusco Quercioli Secco opens with a dark ruby color and pink foam that fizzes when the wine is poured into the glass. This is a dry bubbly red wine that shows the perky effervescence and acidity to pair with buttery pasta or cheesy tortellini dishes.
