An easy-drinking white wine with a refreshing palate showing notes of apricot and pear balanced with zesty acidity and a mineral finish. Made from 100% Garganega grapes, this Soave can be enjoyed on its own or paired with simple salads, seafood and cheese plates.

Monte Carbonare is the name of the hill upon which the vineyard that sources this wine is situated. The word Carbonare refers to coal and is used to describe this location because the volcanic soils here are black as coal. Produced from 100% Garganega and exposed only to stainless steel in order to preserve freshness, the Tessari family describes this wine as “earth in a glass”—a pure expression of their volcanic terroir. Straw yellow with considerable intensity and brilliant highlights. This wine is creamy and elegant. It is characterized by freshness and aromas of citrus, herbs, and mineral. On the palate the wine is well-balanced and refreshing with a dry and persistent finish. Best served with delicate fish-based dishes, truffle or mushroom risottos, and medium flavored cheeses as well as a variety of vegetarian dishes.

Pale yellow with greenish hues. Bouquet of melons, ripe apples, and pear. Crisp, fruity, fresh and balanced.

The hand-picked grapes thrive on our family owned hillsides, well exposed to the sun and coastal breezes. Harvest is immediately followed by soft pressing and “in bianco” vinification at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats. This wine has an alluring straw-yellow colour, fruity scents (apricot) with hints of citrus and meadow flowers; a fresh, harmonious taste with a pleasantly fruity background.

Made with 80% Garganega and 20% Trebbiano grown in the hills surrounding the town of Soave. The palate is dry and appealing with delicate flavors of apple, pear and acacia. The taste is very refined with a pleasant note of almond on the finish.

This wine is made with grapes harvested in vineyards, located in oldest area of origin - the commune of Monteforte d'Alpone - that with Soave, makes up the classic Soave area. The distinctive wine making technology employed yields an elegant and velvety wine with a delicate almond scented nose.

This wine is produced in the heart of the classical Gambellara DOC area. Vinified with Garganega grapes, it is a fresh, easy-to-drink wine with fruity flavors of white pulp fruit. It finishes with an aftertaste of delicate bitter almond.

Pieropan Soave is crisp, lively and smooth. It opens with delicate aromas of almond blossoms, marzipan, white peach and honeysuckle. On the palate, its crisp acidity frames flavors of toasted nuts, lemon zest, pomme fruits and apricot. The superbly balanced wine has a full, rich finish and is overflowing with delicious notes of honeycomb and energetic minerality.

Pithos Bianco Cos has a beautiful yellow/orange colour.This wine is is quite soft and understated with some floral notes meld into white, yellow stone fruits, peaches and savory herbs. Textural finesse and elegance are the hallmarks. Saline notes frame the exceptionally polished finish.

Straw yellow color. Highly mineral nose, fresh flowers and citrus. The taste is extremely fresh and sapid, with a citrus end.

Passione e Sentimento (Passion and Feeling), celebrates the city of love par excellence, Verona, not in this case only because of its history and monuments, but also because of its wine. This white wine is obtained with the appassimento technique: the Garganega grapes are harvested in advanced, left to dry in trays for a short time. While drying, the grapes loose weight, concentrating sugar and aromas. Afterwards, the grapes are left to macerate for 12 hours to enhance complexity and structure and vinified in steel tanks. The fermentation follows at cool temperature. At the end of the fermentation a part of the wine is matured in wooden barrels for some months. The wine is then blended and bottled. This is an alluring white wine. Intense aromas of citrus fruits, almond and peaches on the nose, followed by a palate which is refreshing and well balanced with a lingering finish.

This wine rounds up the finest expressions of our great Cru wines. One bottle contains all the aromas and flavours or our territory. The mention “Classico” distinguishes the Soave produced from vineyards situated in the historical hillside zone where Garganega grapes are traditionally cultivated.

From venerable producer Bertani, this is made using Garganega grapes grown on the eastern side of the Veneto and is reputedly the wine served at the Coronation dinner of King George VI. Full-bodied, complex, packed with flavours of melons and peaches and with a slight almond twist to the finish, it works best with white fish or dishes such as roast pork with rosemary and garlic.

Clear pale yellow in colour, with greenish reflections. Fresh and slightly fruity bouquet with delicate aromas of acacia and elder blossoms. Dry, with an almond and honey aftertaste.

Bright straw yellow. This wine recalls a floral and varietal fragrance next to scents that recall Acacia honey, nectarines, orange peel, and marjoram. On the palate, it is fresh and salty, revealing balance, and it is also characterized by a pleasant almond aftertaste/finish.

La Rocca is marked by its depth and complexity. The wine opens with aromas of chamomile, white peach and mango. Rich, creamy and round, the wine seamlessly integrates generous fruit notes of white peach, Meyer lemon, yellow apple and Asian pear with hints of ginger, marzipan and vanilla, while La Rocca’s crisp acidity and signature minerality add depth and complexity to the palate. The finish is long and persistent, framed by hints of toasted almonds and spice.
