Mezcal El Silencio is made in Oaxaca, Mexico, using the traditional process carried on by generations of mezcaleros. Meticulously picked agaves are roasted, crushed, and double distilled, resulting in a full-bodied flavor. This is a special blend of three agave types: Espadin, Tobasiche, & Mexicano, and is double distilled in copper pots. This is “mezcal for the masses”. The blend of the various agave types provides balance that is unseen in many of the single varietal expressions and depth of character that’s unrivaled at any price point. JAJA Añejo is a small-batch, two-years aged tequila that is crafted of 100% Agave Azul. This “rested” tequila offers among the smoothest finishes in this category and is aged for two years in American Oak barrels. The spirit is made of a proprietary blend of highland and lowland agave, adding additional complexity to its flavor profile. Our Añejo is a heavy-bodied spirit that has no added flavors and has notes of vanilla, almond, honey and oak. JAJA Blanco is not sweetened or put through a diffuser and offers a taste that is true to the heritage production methods used in its creation. DAVIDOFF XO is the acme of the perfect harmony between aromatic intensity and smoothness. It's contemporary unique decanter and compilation of 25 Cognac eaux-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne, Fin Bois and Bon Bois are beautiful. Aged  over 17 years in Limousin oak. The first 7 months in new oak barrels to create the vanilla and then in lightly charred (5 to 40-year-old) barrels. The cognac is diamond-bright. The nose is highly complex, with pleasant floral accents combined smooth fruitiness and honey aromas, followed by flavors of of sweet spices pepper, and leather. The mouth is intense yet smooth and silky, with a delicate blend of summer fruits (apricots and peaches) followed by honey, cloves and walnut, ending on lasting soft wood aromas. Pairs well with Cuban cigars and chocolate.

Made in the New England tradition from 100% Molasses, it is double distilled and aged in charred, new American oak barrels for a minimum of 2 years. Each expression of our Navy Yard is from a single barrel and at barrel strength. We bottle the spirit directly from cask, so what the distillers taste in the barrel is what you taste in your glass. Flavors include dried apricot and figs, mango, cinnamon, clove, brown butter, and cigar box.
