A long aging provides additional flavors of vanilla, roasted nuts and a hint of toast. A result of the carefully chosen infusion of terroir and reserve wines, the finish is long. Imparting to the finish is lightness from Chardonnay, fruitiness from Pinot Noir and roundness provided by Pinot Meunier.

This sparkler from JJ Vincent is made in the same traditional method as Champagne, from the neighboring region of Burgundy. This method gives the sparkler a refinement and a soft mousse, or bubbles, that lingers on your palate. The selection for this sparkler – Crémant de Bourgogne comes from vineyards situated south of Burgundy. The vineyard soils are composed of limestone, clay and pebbles and are situated in the cooler areas. The grapes are hand-picked at the early stage of the harvest to preserve the mineral character and the acidity. These elements will allow freshness and crispy aromas once bottled. This is the perfect wine for your next celebration or just a night at home! From the winemaker: “From the Chardonnay grapes this sparkler allies freshness, body and smoothness. The Crémant Brut is dry and offers fine bubbles (1,5Million/30 minutes – we counted them but you do not have to believe me for this!), hints of flowers at the nose, crisp and fruity on the palate. It is a great Classic for all festive occasions” -Antoine Vincent About the Brand: J.J. Vincent produces a range of wines made with the same care and expertise as those made at the Vincent’s historic domaine, Château Fuissé. Made primarily from grapes sourced from Mâconnais vineyards in the South of Burgundy that are owned by members of Jean-Jacques Vincent’s family, these wines are of extremely high quality and represent remarkable value. Maison J.J. Vincent wines are both lovely and approachable wines for immediate consumption and a great introduction to the Château Fuissé range of acclaimed wines. Critical Acclaim: “Bright and juicy, this balanced bubbly offers a lively bead and flavors of poached apricot, pastry and honey. Delivers a tangy, saline-tinged finish. Drink now.” Wine Spectator “From the owners of Chateau Fuissé, this methode traditionelle bursts with clean, crsip chardonnary flavors of apples and white fruit. It's juicy and full-bodied, with fine floral details and citrus spice keeping it buoyant into a long finish. Best Buy.” Wine & Spirits 92 points
