A mighty, hop-lover’s dream, Hop Rising adds malty backbone to an intense Imperial IPA. This insanely smooth dry-hopped ale has everything: 9% ALC/VO, 72 IBUs, and yes, that’s our master brewer Jason Stock pitching in on the label.

Formerly known as Hop Notch. Wonderful complex flavos, like no other, simply a great tasting IPA. It’s balanced, strong malt backbone, citrusy nose, with hints of pine and grass.

This smooth and unfiltered fruited hefeweizen has a beautiful apricot nose and a refreshing, slightly tart finish. The bounty of the orchard is now portable.

Detour blazes the trail for fresh and bold Double IPAs. Four varieties of hops combine to step up the flavor profile. A hoppy adventure that finishes dry. Big in alcohol and character.

Son of a Baptist is an 8% ABV imperial stout. It is not barrel aged like its father, Big Bad Baptist; instead its flavor profile was designed to highlight the complex and often unique flavors of small batch coffees. Instead of sourcing a coffee that would play well in a beer we sought out creative and innovative roasters, then asked them which beans they’re passionate about. Each resulting release of Son of a Baptist is widely different depending on the coffee selected. Some are fruity and sweet with notes of jam and chocolate, others are rich and earthy with a big roasted finish. Each limited release will return to the Roaster’s home market where the beer and the coffee can be sampled side by side.

Begins with slight malt flavor with a subtle sweetness. Hop character pounces with citrus and pine notes. Finishes dry with an infusion of sweet hoppiness. (Happiness, too.) Go wild with food pairings. Wyld is versatile and partners well with burgers, pork loin , grilled steak and poultry. Delicious with salmon—grilled or smoked. Try Wyld with a slice of romano cheese.

Inspired by Owner Will Hamill and Headbrewer Kevin Ely’s recent trip to Germany to inspect new brewhouse equipment, Tinder is a German-style Rauchbier (Smoked Beer) that kindles moderate malty sweetness and robust smokiness. Brewed with Bamberg beechwood-smoked malt, this medium-bodied lager ignites distinct campfire smoke flavors and aroma. Aromatic, bright and balanced, Tinder is bottle conditioned and has an ABV of 6.5%. Scheduled to hit select shelves in late January, Tinder is a limited release beer, only 180bbls were brewed.

The receiving dock at Uinta Brewing Companywas a seaof green today with the arrival of Sum’r Organic Summer AleCompass Cans. Sum’r is a seasonal offering in Uinta’s Organic Line of beers, a citrusy and refreshing golden ale highlighted by the use of unique hops. Sum’r will be the fifth brand of beer to be canned at Uinta Brewing Co. With the installation of a their new German canning line in early March, Uinta releasedCutthroat Pale Ale, Wyld Extra Pale Ale, Baba Black Lager and Hop Notch IPA in 12oz. Compass Cans. Sum’r Cans will be available in 6 packs as well as together with Wyld Extra Pale Ale in Uinta’s new canned Duo pack and are planned to hit the market in early May, 2013. Sum’r will also be available in Uinta’s proprietary 12 oz. Compass Bottle.

This sessionable pumpkin ale is brewed with fresh pumpkin and seasonal spices. Malt and hops accented with roasted pumpkin and spices of the season. A subtle hint of vanilla and honey. Punk'n is a wonderful compliment to foods with nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove flavors. Try it with roasted turkey, squash or pumpkin ravioli, peach cobbler, or pumpkin cheesecake.

Complex and drinkable, Sea Legs delivers flavors of roasted malt and chocolate. Sea Legs was aged in Bourbon Barrels for nearly 12 months adding toasted vanilla and bourbon notes to the flavor profile. This Medium-bodied Baltic Porter has a complex malt profile and mild hop bitterness. With a hidden ABV of 8%, Sea Legs is a siren of a beer.

Inspired by the spicy and bold flavors of a Cafe de Olla we added Vanilla and Cinnamon along with Mexican Coffee beans and cacao nibs to our 100% Barrel-aged Big Bad Baptist. The result is a luxurious, complex, and the perfect after-dinner companion on chilly evenings.

What you see (through) isn't always what you get in this mirage of juicy IPA. Clear Daze is clearly haze-free, but loaded with massive hop aromatics including pineapple, mango and passionfruit, all leading to a silky-soft mouthfeel and lingering, sweet finish.

The 801 brand embodies Uinta’s appreciation and enthusiasm for the Utah market who has been supporting and drinking Uinta for 21 years. Uinta pays subtle tribute to Utah area codes 435 and 385 on the packaging but embraced 801 for the brand name as historically the 801 area code encompassed all of Utah.
