The first release from Stoneface Brewing Co. is an aromatic, full-flavored pale ale. This beer is dry-hopped with Falconer's Flight 7C's hop blend, which provides a big, unmistakable aroma of citrus; it finishes with a slightly lingering bitterness

This Brewer’s favorite recipe has been refined over the past 8 years to showcase American and Australian hops. The addition of oats adds a smooth mouthfeel and body to balance the bitterness. It pours an unfiltered gold with a dense rocky off-white head. The nose smells of melon, lemon, and grapefruit, rounded out by a hint of pine and tropical fruit. The taste follows suit, finishing clean and dry. Double dry hopped!

An incredibly satisfying double IPA that is a bit more malt forward than other examples of the style. Flavorful, smooth and dangerously drinkable, this beer features a massive dry hop of Mosaic and Azacca hops.

What began as an experiment using an English ale yeast to ferment our original IPA recipe, Full Clip has evolved into a delicious new beer altogether. Its malty backbone, coupled with an English Ale yeast impart notes of peach, pear, and pineapple. Chocolate Milk Stout is based on a traditional milk stout recipe designed by our good friend Todd Russell. Beginning with a blend of pale malt, chocolate malt, roasted malt, and lactose (aka milk sugar), we pushed the chocolate flavor to the next level by adding 2.5 pounds of Ecuadorian organic raw cocoa powder per barrel. The cocoa powder we use was sourced by Master Chocolatier Richard Tango-Lowy of Dancing Lion Chocolate in Manchester, NH.

Konstantin is a rich, light-ruby colored seasonal lager. Double-decocted for complexity. Drier and lighter in color than most German-style Märzens, biscuit and bread-like malt note shine in the flavor and aroma.
