The Irish Red style is a favorite among craft beer lovers and is a great introduction into the craft beer movement for the novice drinker. This beer takes its name from Wallace’s former Red Light district, and has an attractive ruby red color that leads into a complex caramel malty experience with hints of biscuit, nut, toffee and cherry/plum flavors. With medium body and spicy/flowery mild hop bitterness, this RedLight Red is sure to hook you in for another.

We have taken the traditional Schwarzbier, intended to be a "session beer" with typically moderate alcohol, and almost doubled its strength to 7.6% alcohol by volume. We brewed our version with a fine balance of crystal and roasted malts and spiced it with noble hops. We fermented 5 O’Clock Shadow at cold temperatures with a select German lager yeast and cold-conditioned it for over four months to create a velvety smooth, easy-drinking springtime brew.

A complex Imperial Coffee Porter made with Evans Brothers cold-pressed coffee. Subtle chocolate, and coffee notes are balanced by black malt bitterness and malt sweetness. Available year-round in 22oz. bottles and kegs.

Supporting the berries is a smooth blend of Wallace Brewing's Idaho Select Lager and homemade lemonade consisting of simply lemons, sugar and water. Delicate berry and slightly tart lemonade on the nose, juicy berries shine through on the palate that's anchored by a crisp lager and bright carbonation.

Grand Teton Brewing’s second release in their Brewers’ Series in bottles is a Dry Hopped Brett Saison aged in wine barrels. Starting with a Saison using traditional malts and hops, the brewers then pitched a simple yet complex strain of yeast: Brettanomyces Drei (Brett). After the beer fermented to a low gravity resulting in a crisp, clean and dry beer, Grand Teton brewers transferred it to wine barrels where it aged for nine months. A few weeks before packaging, a blend of hops at a rate of 5 pounds per wooden barrel was added. The live Brett in this beer, as well as the generous amounts of unique and flavorful hops, makes this a great beer to drink fresh. It may also be cellared to further develop for years to come.

Sweetgrass APA is a Pale Ale of distinction! 2009 Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal winner in the American Pale Ale category, this crisp and fragrant beer is hopped and dry-hopped with plenty of Amarillos and Cascades. Try it with any bold, flavorful food to complement its citrusy, resinous spiciness. Alcohol 6.0% by volume.

This year’s Dogfather Imperial Stout will all be aged in charred bourbon barrels. Seven malt varieties and subtle hop additions give it a complex flavor profile.

The Vindicator falls in the middle of the merger between the traditional English IPA and the robust, heavily hopped American IPA. The Vindicator is a well-balanced, very drinkable example of the style. Lots of 2 row base malt mixed with caramel and other specialty malts, including 20% ID-grown pilsner, provide a medium to full body for the strong, assertive hop flavor and aroma provided in this bold IPA.

Sneaky Pete is a blend of five hop types: Simcoe, Glacier, Centennial, Vanguard and Hallertauer, with Simcoe playing the dominate role at 30%. In addition, three separate malts were used: Honey Malt, Rye Malt, and Munich Malt. The brew has a copious aroma of white grapefruit, citrus overtones, a complex rich middle and long flavors in the finish; a real beauty. Finished with wild clover honey.

An all out assault on the senses. Devil Dog is an Imperial IPA with a floral / citrus hop aroma and flavor. This beer ages well and will take on some barley wine characteristics with time. Available in May in 22oz. bottles and kegs.
