Our proud flagship beer - Scottsdale Blonde is a German-style Kölsch. Based on the traditional beers of Colgne, Germany, this beer is blonde in color, lightly hopped, very smooth with a slightly sweet finish. Our Hop Knot IPA is made only from American malt and lots of American hops, which produce a big, broad-shouldered, hoppy beer backed up by a character as warm as, well, Mom and apple pie… Hop Knot IPA get its peculiar name from the weaving of four different hops added at four separate times during the brewing process. Including our cavernous hop-back, which gets so stuffed with whole leaf hops that we feel genuine guilt for its excess. Hop Knot is an ale that is to be enjoyed with friends, spicy food or any time you need a good hop fix without the harsh bitterness. A Southwestern IPA that jolts your senses with a bolt of exotic Nelson-Sauvin hops, dosing out an intense aroma of apricots and peaches. Pairs excellently with spicy foods and strong blue cheeses.

Southwestern Style Hefe that explodes with notes of citrus, lemon peel, banana and clove, offering an unfiltered wheat to beat the heat. The fruitiness of Hefe pairs perfectly with curries and sweet dishes as well as fresh cheeses such as Mozzarella and Chèvre.

Dangerously smooth and drinkable, Double Knot is the bigger brother of our IPA, Hop Knot. We actually used more than double the amount of hops that went into Hop Knot, but "Double-and-a-Third-Knot" sounded weird, so we rounded down. Double Knot has a warming maltiness with a subtle caramel edge, but hops added at seven different intervals during the brewing process are the star of the show.

An American Pale Ale that offers a sinfully crisp taste. Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe hops provide fiendishly aromatic pine and citrus flavors. Devil’s Ale pairs wonderfully with salmon and pork and goes best with sharp cheeses such as Cheddar and Colby.

This is a true West Coast IPA - deep gold in color, featuring a dank, herbal, citrusy hop aroma supported by a sparse malt backbone. It is appropriately bitter, with a relatively high alcohol content. Pair Dragoon IPA with spicy dishes (like chile verde or phở), but if spice isn't your thing, you can't go wrong with any aged sharp cheddar.

This big boy, is the big brother in our portfolio with huge coffee, bittersweet chocolate, dark caramel, roasted grain, vanilla, sweet cream & dark fruits, like plum, raisin & prunes. The flavor is a huge burst of rich coffee & cream and dark unsweetened chocolate. The fruitiness from the dark roasted malts brings in the flavors of stone fruits & creates a full almost chewy mouth feel and plenty of body. The big alcohol of this brew creates nice alcohol warmth. Along with being a desert all by itself, White Russian will pair well with big flavored foods like duck, venison, wild turkey, goose, aged cheeses like Gouda, Parmesan or sharp cheddar. If dessert is more to your liking, pair with dark chocolate truffles, chocolate cheesecake, chocolate raspberry mousse cake or a double chocolate chip cookie. Yum!
