Including our cavernous hop-back, which gets so stuffed with whole leaf hops that we feel genuine guilt for its excess. Dangerously smooth and drinkable, Double Knot is the bigger brother of our IPA, Hop Knot. We actually used more than double the amount of hops that went into Hop Knot, but "Double-and-a-Third-Knot" sounded weird, so we rounded down. Double Knot has a warming maltiness with a subtle caramel edge, but hops added at seven different intervals during the brewing process are the star of the show.

An American Pale Ale that offers a sinfully crisp taste. Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe hops provide fiendishly aromatic pine and citrus flavors. Devil’s Ale pairs wonderfully with salmon and pork and goes best with sharp cheeses such as Cheddar and Colby.

This is a true West Coast IPA - deep gold in color, featuring a dank, herbal, citrusy hop aroma supported by a sparse malt backbone. It is appropriately bitter, with a relatively high alcohol content. Pair Dragoon IPA with spicy dishes (like chile verde or phở), but if spice isn't your thing, you can't go wrong with any aged sharp cheddar.

This traditional unfiltered wheat beer won a Gold Medal in the 22nd annual Great American Beer Fest in Denver, cialis CO. It is made with up to 50% wheat malt instead of all malted barley which lends a lighter note. lt is deep gold in color with a very low hop bitterness level and a dense head of white foam. Our Blonde has a nice bready cracker malt aroma with lemon peel, citrus hop nose, derived from Cascade and Falconer’s Flight hops. The flavor mirrors the aroma creating an easy drinking pale malt flavor and slightly floral and citrus hop bitterness.

About a hundred years ago, the story goes, German innkeeper Franz Kugler had a problem. The bicycle trail he had created through the woods that led directly to his beer garden was working a little too well, and on a warm June day in 1922, some 13,000 cyclists came rolling in looking for a post-ride pint. Running low on beer, Kugler blended what he had left with a lemon soda he could never seem to get rid of and called it Radlermass (literally "cyclist's liter"). The rest is history. Using our award-winning Golden Lager as a base, we juiced up our interpretation of this crushable concoction with additions of organic grapefruit juice and a hint of ginger.

Crisp, light, and refreshing Pilsner

This is our take on the classic American-style Pale Ale. To create the enhanced hop flavor and aroma with a smoother bitterness, we used a technique called hop-bursting. Here, the majority hops are added in the last 10 minutes of the boil. Melon, Mandarina and Eureka hop varieties impart (unsurprisingly) flavors and aromas of fresh melon, orange and pine.
