SeaQuench Ale is a session sour mash-up of a crisp Kolsch, a salty Gose, and a tart Berliner Weiss brewed in sequence with black limes, sour lime juice and sea salt to make this the most thirst-quenching beer Dogfish Head has ever brewed. Partnering with the National Aquarium, we replicated sea salt sourced from the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay and added sea salt from the coast of Maine to honor the Atlantic coast we love so much. In 2017, Men’s Health named it the ‘Best Low-Cal Beer!’

More of a mantra than a beer, Sippin’ Pretty is our Fruited Sour Ale. Loaded with our unique blend of açai, guava, and elderberry, and balanced with a delicate addition of Himalayan pink sea salt, this beer pops with a bright ruby color and a refreshing tart finish. Made in Brussels, Belgium, Lindemans Brewery produces some of the world's best lambic beers. Lambic beers are made by using the wild fermentation of natural yeasts found in the area. This raspberry framboise is a young lambic fruit beer enriched with pure raspberry juice. Somewhere between sparkling wine and beer, Lindemans Framboise Lambic has a powerful raspberry aroma with a slight hint of caramel. It has a somewhat bitter finish that's characteristic of lambic beers. We recommend serving this versatile brew as an aperitif, and if you feel like experiementing try using it for cooking.

This delicious creation was truly a product of creativity, ingenuity and luck. In the summer of 2013 we took a test batch of our sessional sour summer ale, Provincial, that didn't quite hit gravity, and decided to have some fun with it! We added a heavy dose of raspberries. The end result was so delicious, we decided to recreate it! This delightfully tart fruit beer is stimulating and refreshing, with a citrusy berry aroma which transitions to a subtly sweet and tart finish. - Pairs well with Day Drinking.

Collective Arts Brewing take pride in tracking down the freshest ingredients to further their drinkers’ experience! Using their core Gose as a base, they added the freshest guava puree they could find and then let the brewers go to work. The end result was a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour. Expect the Pink Himalayan Salt and flowery guava to leave you refreshed and wanting more.
