Don’t be fooled by the color as Centennial & Columbus hops, bursting with their piney and fruity resins, combine with this rich, red ale to create a perfect balance of juicy hops and bready malt to usher you gently into the colder months. The brew team took a thick imperial red recipe and went heavy-handed on dry-hopping with loads of Galaxy, Enigma and Vic Secret. These unique Southern Hemisphere hops provide an array of flavors and aromas, from peach, melon and red vine candy, to pungent dank and cedar, all balancing out the rich malty body with a relatively dry finish. This unexpectedly smooth harmony of bold malt and hop additions is sure to leave you in a trance.

Our Red IPA has full-bodied flavor from ample Pale malts while specialty malts provide a deep ruby hue. El Dorado hops are used for their tropical fruit flavors. It’s then dry-hopped with additional El Dorado hops for a delicious fruity aroma, making it perfect for unwinding with friends. Read that? Beer nerd.

An American Red IPA with a medium body and grapefruit and floral notes on the nose. It has a nice hop character that is balanced with a big, caramel malt backbone. The hops linger for a minute, but do not destroy the palate, creating a complex and enjoyable American Red IPA.

The label may look a little louder, but the recipe still embraces the same bold citrus and pine hop notes finding balance with a robust, sweet and toasted malt backbone. Double dry-hopped. Louder.

What do you get when a big, bold imperial red IPA meets an oak bourbon barrel? A palate stunner that’ll send your senses spinning or, as we like to call it, Dankwood. Rich caramel notes emerge from the depths of the IPA, highlighting strong malt character while the bourbon barrel-aging develops the complexity. A dank, sticky and slightly sweet sipper, Dankwood is the perfect alchemy of wood and hops.

English folklore references the Spring-Heeled Jack, a devil-like creature with eyes like “red balls of fire”! Our Spring-Heeled Jack Red IPA combines English yeast, malts and hops (Goldings!!) with a progressive hopping schedule. Oh, and a boatload of Vic Secret hops, just because.

5th Annual Brew Ho Ho Collaboration was brewed at Artifex Brewing Company with Chapman Crafted Beer. This years version is an Imperial Red IPA brewed with Red X malt and rye malt. We generously hopped it with Simcoe and Chinook giving it a piney and grassy aroma.

The Tocobaga lived off the bounty of Tampa Bay hundreds of years before the arrival of the Spanish in the 1500’s. They were potters, tool makers and the only Florida natives to grow maize. The large platform mounds they built are still with us today, with one of the largest found near Old Tampa Bay in Safety Harbor, Florida. Climb to the top and, with a little imagination, you can see Tampa Bay as they did.
