In the 1960's on Allen's Landing sat Love Street; a hot spot of music and social impact. The venue hosted eclectic characters ranging from open mic'ers to the Lizard King himself. Our proud flagship beer - Scottsdale Blonde is a German-style Kölsch. Based on the traditional beers of Colgne, Germany, this beer is blonde in color, lightly hopped, very smooth with a slightly sweet finish. This beer has higher carbonation which makes it a great food beer. Try it with roasted meats or as an aperitif. German Hops are used to give it a milder bitterness and aroma

A true German-style Kölsch. Originally brewed in Cologne, this beer is crisp & refreshing, yet has a sweet malty body that is balanced by a complex, citrus hop character. Multiple additions of German Hallertauer hops are used to achieve this delicate flavor. We use a special Kölsch yeast, an ale yeast that ferments at lager temperatures, to yield the slightly fruity, clean flavor of this beer. Fancy Lawnmower Beer is a world class brew yet light enough to be enjoyed by Texans after strenuous activities, like mowing the lawn. Saint Arnold Fancy Lawnmower Beer is best consumed at 35-45° Fahrenheit. Recommended pairings: Blackened fish, salads, & grilled veggies.

Reissdorf Kölsch is the beer speciality from Cologne with a tradition starting 1894. A Kölsch with a pleasant, full-bodied, and uniquely light and sweet taste in premium quality, that is brewed for the adepts who prefer something special.

This Kölsch style ale transports us back to experiencing the majesty, tradition and purity of Kölsch for the very first time. Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing went for a very traditional recreation with a little modern twist. Ingredients include Weyermann Pilsner malt, Valley Malt Warthog Wheat, Valley Malt Vienna Malt and hopped with Tettnanger and Mandarina Bavaria hops.

This is a light, crisp and refreshing golden ale in the style of those brewed in the German city of Cologne (Koln). A slightly sweet aroma with a hint of grassiness leads to herbal and spicy hop character and sweet malt notes. Though fermented at a cool temperature for an ale, Magnolia's Kolsch ale yeast provides a complex, fruity finish fading to a crisp hop note at the very end. Kolsch is typically served in small, cylindrical glasses meant to be refilled often, insuring that every glass remains refreshingly cool with bright effervescence.

Brewed in homage to the beer of Cologne, Krankshaft is a pale straw hued smile in a glass. We throw in a little wheat malt to round out an easy Santiam hop bitterness. There are no Köbes to serve them up, but you should feel free to have as many as you like.
