Green Tree Coffee used to be our neighbors, thankfully they are not far away now. We use their hand roasted coffee combined with the Wrecking Ball Baltic Porter to create this beer.

When naming this Baltic porter, a collaboration with Tampa’s famed Cigar City Brewing, we opted for Jurata as a nod to a mythological mermaid known to roam the depths of the Baltic Sea, just as energetic yeast used to brew this deep dark beer navigated our fermentation tanks. Aged in Peruvian Rum Barrels.We took our smokey Baltic Porter and aged it in whiskey barrels to make the perfect porter. Several kinds of specialty dark malts complement the flavor of the whiskey to create a well-balanced barrel aged beer.

Big flavors do not have to be synonymous with one-and- done beers. We love dessert just as much as we love dark beer and we think that enjoying more than one of either should never be a problem. In this medium-bodied Baltic Porter we use a combination of specialty malts and caramel to capture rich flavors like chocolate, caramel and vanilla alongside lager yeast that brings a clean, dry finish. Pair this Baltic Porter with dishes such as chocolate mole or caramel flan.

A robust and full bodied yet smooth and enjoyable due to the use of lager yeast and a long conditioning time. The 8% beer pours a deep, rich mahogany with a big frothy head. It has a slightly sweet aroma and taste. Flavor notes include: chocolate, fine tobacco, roasted peanuts, dark fruit, toasty and malt forward, and toffee.

This beer came from Thisted Bryghus in 1989 after seven years of experimentation. The name derives from the Urban brewery in Aalborg, where the master of the Thisted Brewery in the late 70s "broke its folds". Here he got for the first time the "taste" of provincial life and this particular type of beer, often referred to by Thisted as the beer gentleman. The name was purchased after the closure of the Urban Brewery in 1986. The Limfjords-Porter "circled" the brewmaster until 1997, after which he no longer considered being able to improve the product. The right mixture of the malts was obtained. Unusual ingredients include smoked malt and English licorice, which together provide a taste balance at a slightly higher level than is usually seen. The brewmaster's personal favorite and "heart child".

With a rich, full flavour, our Porter is nearly black in colour with a creamy head and a nose reminiscent of a dry stout. Not for the faint of heart, this is a beer for dark beer lovers.

Danzig, which we named after a Baltic Sea town, isn’t for the faint of heart… or mouth. It’s a well-balanced, full-bodied blend of a strong English porter and a Germanic black lager, making it smooth with a sneaky high ABV. The intense mix of malts and hops provides flavors of chocolate, coffee, and caramelized sugar. No wonder it won Bronze at the World Beer Cup 2018. It’s full-on! Hence the lightning bolt on the pack.

Sea Legs was aged in Bourbon Barrels for nearly 12 months adding toasted vanilla and bourbon notes to the flavor profile. This Medium-bodied Baltic Porter has a complex malt profile and mild hop bitterness. With a hidden ABV of 8%, Sea Legs is a siren of a beer.

In a nod to our 19th century brewing traditions, this limited edition beer was barrel-aged and naturally cooled in our historic ice caves located deep below our 1860s brewery. Before the days of refrigeration, our caves were used to keep the beer cool during the lagering process and today they still can serve that same purpose! Number 4 in the series, this batch was aged in bourbon barrels from Four Roses distillery and has hints of sweet caramel, oak, and vanilla.
