Blend: 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petit Verdot Finished in 66% new oak, this wine is ruby/purple colored effort with intense blackcurrant, smoke, tobacco and oak aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is medium-full bodied with nice acidity, freshness and purity. Drink now or cellar for 10-15 years.

It’s a wine with brilliant acidity calmed by a lovely roundness that comes from the lees stirring. The wine has lovely aromas of lemons, grapefruit and apples and lingering flavors of stone, lime and honeydew melon.

The result is a wine that has a unique richness for Riesling as the high tones are even a bit higher. There's a touch more of the high tone key lime Mosel component that shines through to make for a more dynamic and complex profile. The aromatics have a distinct citrus zest, key lime, apricot, peach and summer flowers.

This delicious co-fermented blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot exhibits complex aromas of dark cherry, fig, and currant with cocoa and smoked caramel. Smooth and refined tannins lead into secondary flavors of anise, espresso, and sweet plum. Finishing with an elegant balance of acidity that lingers with oak spices on the palate for an incredible amount of time.

Our first vintage from vine to bottle crafted in partnership with Scott Greer from Sheridan Vineyard. Dark ruby color with aromas of raspberry, dark fruit, dark earthy wood and just a hint of creme brulee toasted sugar. This cabernet has great mouth-feel, big and round, with great structure and soft tannins. Rich dark chocolate with blackberry and dark currants and slight smoke on the finish. It lingers, begging for another taste.
