Part of Noble Hill used to be called Southern Cross farm, and the winery marks this chapter in its history with a special carbonic-macerated, naturally-fermented wine named after the the Crux (Southern Cross) constellation. Light fruit aromas, a delicate colour, and a fruitful mineral flavour. Only 460 bottles made. Serve chilled.

The granite slopes of the Simonsberg mountain are known within South Africa as "Cabernet country" for a good reason. Cabernet has grown here for over 300 years and produces classic, elegant examples of the varietal. Aromas of cassis and Moroccan mint underlined by robust tannins and a long finish.
