Aragosta is a sparkling Brut wine obtained from local grapes selected and hand – picked into an old area of Santa Maria La Palma country and processed by Charmat method. This Brut represent for the company the relationship between old and young generation of farmers; a way to give continuity to the success of the most important Vermentino wine of Cellar “The Aragosta”.

Soft pressing, spontaneous malolactic fermentation Aging: 6-months fining on yeasts inside stainless steel tanks Tasting notes: intense ruby red. At the nose, it leaves flower hints of pansies, roses, cherries and undergrowth. When tasted, it is fresh, refined and savory. The aftertaste is pleasant and persistent Suggested pairings: local appetizers, first courses, roasted red meat from the Sardinian traditional cuisine, such as suckling pork and lamb. “Here come the white wings”.This was the children’s cry as they watched the seagulls fly over the vineyard. Vermentino is the main white grape cultivated in Sardinia. It is presumed to have Spanish origins, but has found its ideal setting in the North of Sardinia, where it can fully express its particular characteristics.

Pala. Chiaro di Stelle Rosé IGT. Vinification "in pink” of the red grapes after a partial maceration for 12 hours, after which follows a light cleaning of the must.
