From the Nîmes region at the foot of the Rhône appellation, Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault are grown on the unique rolling pebbles, or 'gress' of Château Guiot. The colour is obtained by keeping the skins in contact with the juice before fermentation. Perfume, red berries, spice, summer berries and blossom aromas with an off-dry, medium weight of fruit, clean and mineral acidity and a vibrant sweet redcurrant finish. Dusty mineral tones and fresh raspberries perfume this frisky dry rosé. It's moderately full bodied and crisply balanced by tart hits of sour cherry, watermelon and raspberry.

The 2015 rose is a blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. The wine is made using the direct press method and vinified in stainless steel. The wine displays ripe red raspberry, strawberry flavors in a very fresh and crisp style. This is a dry rose with a juicy, crowd pleasing mid-palate. The finish of the wine is enhanced with hints of wet stone and slight notes of smoky herbs.
